Q: Can you please recommend the appropriate charger to use for these? All they came with is a cable, but no wall adapter. All my adapters are for USB-C and don't fit the cable.

However, I do wish something they would try to work harder to integrating is a more balanced noise-canceling versus Ambient sound feature. I wish they would concentrate on allowing voices to come through without allowing background noise. I want to be able to listen to music and cancel out background noise, because of my autism, and still be able to hear my best friend when he's trying to get my attention. I don't want to be able to hear the screaming child of the couple 20 feet away, but I do want to be able to hear my best friend. Also, the earpiece fittings, or ear cushions....however, you want to refer to them.... are painful. The 3 sizes are either too large or too small. Other than that, they work amazing. I love the features. I just wish those a few little problems would be addressed.

Do not waste your money. I received these brand new as a Christmas gift on 12/25/2024. I had to send them in for repair because the right ear bud stopped working on 3/5/2025. I received them fixed on 4/7/2025. To my disappointment, it is now 6/10/2025, and the right ear buds speaker is blown. In total, I've had these ear buds for 6 months, and have had a major issue with them twice. Not worth the money. Spend the extra for a higher quality brand.

At full price, the feature set would be underwhelming, especially compared to my previous Buds2. The lack of wireless charging is a significant drawback. Furthermore, features such as customizable taps, present in other models, are absent. Ambient sound levels are somewhat elevated. However, the Galaxy AI features, allowing Gemini or personal assistant activation on the left bud and AI interpreter activation on the right, are highly enjoyable. Despite limited touch controls, these buds offer a superior user experience to my Buds2, due to their flatter surface minimizing accidental touches.

The noise cancelation is amazing and works even in a super loud gym, with out needing to turn the volume up almost at all. I dont need to blast out my ear drums just to hear my music. They are super easy to switch from my phone to my tablet in less then a second. The connectivity is great and was super easy to set up. The charging time is super fast and they last a long time on one charge. I love the ai immerse soundscape letting me feel like there's nothing else around me and just focus on my music.

I had these FE earbuds less than 2 weeks and the sound became extremely low. Additionally, it seems like one of the earbuds may not be working at all or comes and goes. I tried to adjust all of the settings but never could improve the sound. This is very frustrating and disappointing. A big waste of money. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T PURCHASE. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased them but I needed a pair of earbuds quickly and thought this would pair well with my Samsung phone. I was wrong!

I can't review the Galaxy AI as i have never used it but the sound quality, and noise canceling is better than all the other models. I mainly use these for audio books and videos. Even on the lowest volume they completely block out my husband's snoring!! Thank you samsung

Tl;dr 5 stars for sound and comfort, 1 star for durability (read below) Works great when actually working, sound is decent for the price, and I don't think you'll get anything of this quality to the same price elsewhere at the moment. Though, I bought these in August of last year (2024), and last week I had to turn them in for warranty-service for the third (3rd) time. All times it has been the left bud that just drops its volume down to about 5%, whilst the right bud functions as it should. More curious is that they've replaced both buds, both times, so I'm a bit unsure if I want to cancel the buy this time around, but I'll await and see what the workshop deducts. Mind you this is in Norway, so maybe it's just a bad batch they sent over here (/joke). :) Great sound, I personally don't use the ambient feature, but from the little I tried you can hear your surroundings decently. Noise cancellation works to a good degree, I can walk by car traffic and with the volume at about 70% (depending on the song) it cancels out the "outside". One of the few buds I don't need to adjust all the time, it fits well in other words.
