I bought it over the Oura ring, wanting to have everything Samsung. Black size 10. I've had it for over a year, and the battery only lasts for 36 hours instead of 7 days. It has lost some of its black color, and a shiny finish shows in parts of it. The software that it uses is great. I do enjoy checking my sleep, heart rate, breathing rate, daily step count, and the other functions. But the quality of the ring itself has disappointed me.

Overall, the process to size and order the ring was very streamlined. The ring is great for when I don't want to or cannot wear my Samsung watch. I wish that it had a bit of stretch though. Sometimes my fingers swell during sleep and I wake up with a somewhat painful constricted finger. The swelling goes away after I start moving around.

The titanium build is light and comfortable—after a day I forget it’s on. Battery life easily lasts five to seven days and the charging case is quick and convenient. Sleep tracking and the Energy Score are surprisingly insightful, and heart rate readings are consistent for everyday use. It pairs seamlessly with Samsung Health, Galaxy AI features and my Samsung phone. I do wish the data were more precise and the battery replaceable, but as a minimalist health tracker it’s an impressive and stylish choice.

Paired with the watch it's amazing at keeping records of ur health and sleep patterns. U can also set it to how frequent u want it to read ur heart rate.. for people who has irregular heart rhythm or just over all health really, this is an awesome must have. It's not very flashy either. Pretty durable with constant washing hands and showering or even the pool or sauna, u don't have to worry about it breaking.

They are now our wedding bands. This ring is very comfortable, holds a charge for days, and gives a lot of data. I like the sleep data. I feel it does a better job than my watch or phone.

What I appreciate most is having all my health data in one place. I can easily keep track of my steps, monitor my weight, and even set reminders for my medication. The period tracker has been incredibly accurate, which is a huge plus for me. The only real issue I've run into is the battery life. I find myself having to charge it every other day, which can be a bit of a hassle. Despite that, the convenience and comprehensive tracking the ring offers make it totally worth it.

I would have previously did that I absolutely LOVE my Samsung Galaxy ring. But now, 8 months after purchasing I'm now having to charge it every 24 - 36 hrs. The biggest selling point was the long battery life. That way I wouldn't have to sleep in my watch. If the battery issue can be fixed I'll be a happy girl once again!
