This tv is fire. I got the 85’. I love it so much. It’s so clear and thin and has a mic. It’s sick. Can the artwork burn my screen? I’m scared to put the artwork on. I’m guessing it’s safe, but I need to know for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great product from Samsung. I upgraded my 5 yrs old The Frame to ne Frame Pro and wouldn't go back. NeoQLED is a jackpot. Picture is clear, crispy and stunning. You can watch and play anytime of the day with no glare at all. When you can hang previous model practically anywhere on the wall because you don't need electrical outlet, for this one you need power right behind the TV. Frame Pro can be used without One Connect Box if you don't use external devices. The only disadvantage of wireless One Connect Box is restriction to not put it in metal cabinets. Generally speaking i would never go back to previous model. Again Samsung is way ahead of their competition

The panel quality is absolutely stunning, especially with the Neo QLED technology – colors are vibrant, and the brightness is fantastic. What I particularly love is the matte finish; it does an incredible job minimizing glare and makes a huge difference, whether I'm watching a movie or displaying art. It truly gives a realistic, museum-like quality to the images when in Art Mode. Beyond the picture, the TV is impressively fast and responsive, navigating through menus and apps is a breeze, and it's packed with useful features. The "Art Mode" itself is a fantastic concept, and having the TV blend into the decor as a piece of art when it's off is a game-changer for the room's aesthetics. The design, with its slim frame and the clean look provided by the One Connect box, is also a major plus. However, a couple of things could be better. While the Art Store offers a vast collection, I'm not thrilled about the idea of another subscription service to fully utilize a key feature. It would be great if more free options were available or if the subscription felt like it offered more unique value. Also, I found the wall-mounting process to be fairly complicated. Despite these minor points, the overall performance and aesthetic of The Frame Pro are exceptional. If you're looking for a TV that's both a high-performance screen and a beautiful design object, this is definitely one to consider, just be prepared for a bit of a project with the wall mounting and to consider the Art Store subscription.

This TV has amazing color and clarity, and TV shows look like you're there with them. If you have Xbox game pass you can play games directly on the TV, and when it's not being used the art function is stunning! I really like that the TV finish is matte so there is no glare, and the included slim mount make it appear to effortlessly float on the wall.

Like all Samsung TVs, it still has the problem with not being able to hide volume indicator! It still pops up even when it is completely useless (when my AVR already shows volume on the screen, while Samsung shows a big ugly + and - indicator on the left side, that takes about half of the screen). I'm returning this as Samsung is not able to add a simple flag to their Settings page that would just say "Hide volume indicator".

We love watching NBA basketball and Australian Rules Football (AFL) and it's amazing. The TV is in a bright area in our kitchen/lounge and the picture quality is outstanding. We replaced our older Samsung TV over our fireplace with the new 65” model. My first reaction is one of astonishment over how close this TV sets to the wall. With only 3mm separating it and the wall, it truly looks like a piece of art! We had our TV installed by a professional as the the recessed electrical outlet needed to be relocated to permit the Samsung bracket to be installed in a specific location. Once the brackets were installed, hanging the TV was a breeze. Once hung, the only other setup item was connecting the One Connect Box. Setup using the SmartThings app was very straight forward and easy. I was a bit hesitant about having a wireless connect box, but after several days of usage, there has been no connection or latency issues. This box is a game changer! All inputs plug directly into the One Connect Box, and it is transmitted directly to the TV! We are still getting used to the Samsung Interface for our programming, but so far, we haven’t experienced any issues. One of our favorite features is the Anti-Reflection Matte Display. We have large picture windows in our family room, and the glare has been minimized substantially. We use the Frame in Art Mode quite a bit, and the matte finish makes painting look very realistic! I highly recommend this product to those that are looking for a TV that doubles as an art gallery! Well done Samsung!

It is a very beautiful TV. Not only does it work great as a regular TV, but it also has an art mode so when your TV is "sleeping" it looks like a painting. It actually matches your environment and time of the day to make the art look more realistic. There is a wide variety of paintings you can get with a membership, but honestly you can just upload any photos from the Internet as long as they are the right format. Since it's supposed to look like a painting it is really flat and hangs very close to the wall. We got the 65" size which is just perfect for enjoying movies and for the Art Mode to look realistic. My husband and I were easily able to hang it up ourselves.

The picture quality is incredible; It's the best I've ever seen. The colors are so rich and really pop. But the real magic happens in Art Mode; it has completely transformed the feel of our living room. It looks like we have a beautiful piece of art hanging on the wall when the TV is off. We’re even considering getting the gold frame to enhance the "gallery-like" appearance. One of the coolest features is that you can make the background of the virtual tv art match your wall color, which helps it blend in seamlessly. It pairs wonderfully with our Samsung soundbar as well; They are a perfect match. Setting it up was a breeze. It literally took just a couple of minutes. There were no complicated password entries or emails required. We just scanned some QR codes on our phones. It's so much quicker than anything I've used before, and the menus/format of the apps look great. Plus, the remote charges using sunlight! How cool is that? If you're looking for a TV with amazing picture quality that also looks stunning when it's off, you absolutely need to check out The Frame Pro. We’re obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether watching TV or looking at the artwork available, the Samsung 65" Class The Frame QLED 4K Smart TV is a beautiful TV. It is very thin and light, and has a high quality picture. Setup took less than 10 minutes and it paired seamlessly with our Samsung sound bar. The Matte display is great - completely eliminating the glare I had on my previous TV. The apps that have the quick install option are very useful and helped speed up the setup. It has a lot of really nice features, like it pairs with the SmartThings app and allows for easy media sharing and has the Eye Comfort option, which is great when I am watching late at night before going to bed. I like the fact that it comes with the wall mount - I haven't put it up yet but I plan to. In the meantime, the stand was really easy to install and it was nice that you had an option on how high you wanted the TV off the surface. The stand is very low profile. I am very happy with this TV and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I had last year’s Frame in another room and my wife really liked the look of the TV in Art Mode. I wanted something similar for the bedroom, but I also wanted something with a great picture. The addition of the Neo QLED technology is a worthy upgrade to the TV picture, providing better dimming and greater overall brightness. I’m impressed with the improvements. The addition of the Wireless One Connect Box adds to some flexibility and eliminates the need for messy cables, which enhances the sleek, gallery-like aesthetic. You do still need to have a power cord to the TV. The increased refresh rate is also great for gaming. I also like the fact that game pass is built in, making it a great way to play a few quick games. So far, I’m impressed with the Frame Pro. We enjoyed our original Frame TV, but the Pro version is a worthy successor and I’m really enjoying watching movies on this TV. It is worth the upgrade from the previous version. It is highly recommended for new Frame owners as well as those looking to upgrade for a bump in picture quality.
