A True Survivor – The Best TV I’ve Ever Owned! To the Samsung Team, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for making what is, without a doubt, the best product I’ve ever purchased – the 65” Class The Frame Pro LS03FW Neo QLED 4K TV. Not only does it deliver incredible picture quality, smart design, and top-tier performance, but this television proved its worth far beyond what I ever expected. My home recently suffered a devastating house fire. In the chaos and heartbreak of it all, very few things made it out in one piece – but this TV did. It survived that fire, then took a long ride from Texas to North Carolina in the back of a truck, fully exposed and unsecured. And guess what? It still works like a champ. No issues. No damage. Just stunning 4K brilliance as if nothing ever happened. This is more than just a TV. It’s a testament to Samsung’s craftsmanship, durability, and excellence. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone. It’s stylish enough to elevate any room, powerful enough for any use, and clearly built to last through just about anything life throws at it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two frame Pro tvs in adjoining rooms. We mostly use the Frame TV to display artwork. Unfortunately when we try to switch to TV watching the TV appears to be buffering a lot and even locks up. If I unplug the TV and the one box and plug it back in it works properly. Unfortunately I have to do this at least one a week. This is unacceptable. The picture is great but the locking up needs to be fixed.

Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system. Please also keep in mind that the Wireless One Connect Box should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). The wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may also be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the chance to review and try out the new Frame Pro. Great art piece and a big improvement over the previous Frame. Installation was straightforward—nice that it only requires power. The connection box worked as advertised, wirelessly. The picture quality is excellent—possibly the best feature. I wish they made more matte TVs. This unit was installed in the office, primarily for art viewing and as a display for PC screen extension. It works perfectly for that purpose. The matte display is wonderful, and display quality is very high. One issue we keep encountering, though, is that it seems to hang after a few days of use and requires a power cycle (unplugging and plugging it back in), which is pretty annoying. This seems to be a common issue with the Frame series. We got tired of reaching behind to unplug it, so we added a wireless power switch to cycle the power when it starts acting up. Basically, it slows down so much that it becomes almost unresponsive until it's power cycled. Other than that, everything else is great. It's a wonderful TV and display. We're looking to get a few more for different offices.

Not only is it an amazing, crisp TV, but it really shines when the TV is 'off'. While in Art Mode, the Matte finish display sequences through selected art. Suddenly our 65 inch Samsung TV is an art masterpiece! New to the Frame TV this year is the wireless One Connect Box. No more wires to connect all the your wired devices. We've had no problems with connections or latency with the TV connection. We absolutely love having friends and family over to show them our new art masterpiece! I highly recommend this TV to those who have a space to showcase this work of art!

Completely disappointed with the quality of the product. I took a day off from work to have this installed and guess what the wireless box is defective. The box is dead. Before you have this installed make sure to test the box and the TV so you avoid the wheel spinning that I am going to go through with a return, taking a day off from work and paying the additional cost to have this reinstalled. I may return the TV and go for the LG G4. You get one shot at this Samsung! My choice was either the Frame or the LG G4/G5

The Samsung Frame TV Pro is the best TV I've ever owned. Crystal clear picture, brilliant colors, deep blacks, sharp contrast, excellent sound. And the wireless control box is a brilliant and long-overdue refinement: no messy cables! But its best feature is Art Mode, whereby you select from a wide range of quality images that reflect taste, mood or season, and beautifully decorate your space. It's simply the slickest, coolest TV out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy oh boy, this TV will have you mesmerized whether setting th art mode and just enjoying what looks like a huge mona Lisa painting in your living area to watching football or baseball with your friends, the image is stellar with no stuttering and nice smooth motion of the ball whizing by. The only downside is how it draws you in and makes you just want to keep watching TV and movies as if you were at the theater. Amazing TV, I'm glad I got the Samsung version of the true frame and not the other guys brand. This one has a box that is connected to the TV so you can run one wire through your wall that carries power and all HDMI ports, making this a much easier and cleaner set up. I love it!

I didn’t know what I was going to expect but definitely not the clarity that the TV is giving.. the color boosters add so much more clarity in depth to the picture. This is beyond movie quality at home.!! The sound quality is also as amazing you feel like you have surround sound before you even had a sound bar.. it’s a smart TV that has all the apps that you can want. You can control it from your phone or the remote. It also makes for a great gaming TV because of the processing speed and how great the TV looks. I would definitely suggest this TV as a much needed purchase to upgrade your entertainment system. I am so happy that I got it.

The screen is glare free from any angle and the matte finish is great. The 4K resolution makes everything super clear and crisp. The art mode is amazing, as people think it’s just a picture on the wall and not a tv! The fact that it has a completely wireless box connection and is easy to set up is a plus. There are no problems with connectivity at all, no matter what streaming service I am using. I also have a Samsung range, and fridge with the family hub and being able to control everything through the Samsung smart things app is awesome. This TV sits flush against the wall instead of my other tvs that stick out a bit. This is truly a statement piece that looks and performs the best! I don’t think I can ever buy another tv as this has exceeded all my expectations.
