I don’t think the two individuals sent were capable of doing the job. They could not center the TV over my mantle and hung it slightly crooked. I will have to pay again to get it corrected.

The Frame Pro does just that while also having a great picture when we watch TV and movies. We also wanted a TV with minimal or no wires showing. The One Connect box can be powered in a location near the TV but does not require a direct cable connection. This gives several options to for placement that work well for our space. The Frame Pro's art features, picture and design are a perfect fit for our living room.

Samsung The Frame Pro 2025 65". Gorgeous matte display, slim profile and Art Mode are standout features. Unfortunately my unit developed an early Wireless One Connect Box issue — stuck in a pairing loop due to a confirmed hardware fault. For a premium TV, connection reliability is essential, as this single box is a single point of failure. Other drawbacks: the UI feels sluggish when navigating menus, and there are ads in the interface — unexpected in a high-end model. It’s a bit like buying a luxury car and finding billboard ads on the dashboard screen - tacky! If Samsung improves One Connect Box reliability, menu responsiveness, and decides whether it wants to be a technology leader focused on premium product experience or an ad platform monetising its customers, this could be an exceptional product. Pros: Art Mode, matte screen, slim design, colour/contrast Cons: One Connect Box pairing loop, UI lag, ads in interface

Don’t do it! It’s a daily frustration not being able to just change the channel with the remote … sometimes it takes 20 minutes ++ & plugging it in into charge again. Basically the remote and TV don’t work together. The TV is constantly thinking what to do next. Samsung help line off shore & just follow the bouncing ball. Not happy Jan 😢

This TV absolutely elevates my living room. The rest of the room is already decorated "gallery" style with art on the walls, so adding the Frame Pro TV by Samsung was the most logical decision. When in art mode, the painting truly illuminates the room. When watching TV, the screen is so clear & the color is great. The system is super intuitive.

To the Samsung Team, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for making what is, without a doubt, the best product I’ve ever purchased – the 65” Class The Frame Pro LS03FW Neo QLED 4K TV. Not only does it deliver incredible picture quality, smart design, and top-tier performance, but this television proved its worth far beyond what I ever expected. My home recently suffered a devastating house fire. In the chaos and heartbreak of it all, very few things made it out in one piece – but this TV did. It survived that fire, then took a long ride from Texas to North Carolina in the back of a truck, fully exposed and unsecured. And guess what? It still works like a champ. No issues. No damage. Just stunning 4K brilliance as if nothing ever happened. This is more than just a TV. It’s a testament to Samsung’s craftsmanship, durability, and excellence. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone. It’s stylish enough to elevate any room, powerful enough for any use, and clearly built to last through just about anything life throws at it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two frame Pro tvs in adjoining rooms. We mostly use the Frame TV to display artwork. Unfortunately when we try to switch to TV watching the TV appears to be buffering a lot and even locks up. If I unplug the TV and the one box and plug it back in it works properly. Unfortunately I have to do this at least one a week. This is unacceptable. The picture is great but the locking up needs to be fixed.

Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system. Please also keep in mind that the Wireless One Connect Box should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the chance to review and try out the new Frame Pro. Great art piece and a big improvement over the previous Frame. Installation was straightforward—nice that it only requires power. The connection box worked as advertised, wirelessly. The picture quality is excellent—possibly the best feature. I wish they made more matte TVs. This unit was installed in the office, primarily for art viewing and as a display for PC screen extension. It works perfectly for that purpose. The matte display is wonderful, and display quality is very high. One issue we keep encountering, though, is that it seems to hang after a few days of use and requires a power cycle (unplugging and plugging it back in), which is pretty annoying. This seems to be a common issue with the Frame series. We got tired of reaching behind to unplug it, so we added a wireless power switch to cycle the power when it starts acting up. Basically, it slows down so much that it becomes almost unresponsive until it's power cycled. Other than that, everything else is great. It's a wonderful TV and display. We're looking to get a few more for different offices.
