[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly can believe the quality of this TV, the colors are so vibrant, the sound is excellent, but my favorite thing about this TV is the matte screen, even though the sun is facing the TV, there's no reflection, the art mode is absolutely unbelievable, it really looks like it is a frame and not a picture, it is really nice that you can use your own pictures or you can subscribe to the d samsung art store which I think it is really worth it, another thing that I really like about my TV is the endless free content, there's so much to do and watch, I have used this TV for about 6 weeks and I have no complaint, I loved it, and it is definetly a masterpiece in my living room

Right out of the box, the setup was incredibly simple and user-friendly. Within minutes, I was connected to Wi-Fi and exploring all the built-in streaming apps. I added an antenna that fits unseen behind it to get local channels. The picture quality is outstanding for this size and price range. The 4K resolution is crisp and vibrant, with great color accuracy and clarity. The variety of artwork within the smartthings app is significant. I also love the feature of the matted photo and the color options. I immediately added my own photos for a personalized experience. It’s slim, stylish, and fits perfectly in my living room without dominating the space. If you’re looking for a high-quality, reliable 43-inch Smart TV with all the modern features at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this Samsung model.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the backlight tech is lacking compared to Samsungs top end TVs. I wish they'd trickle down the better backlighting to provide better low intensity contrast.

Not only is the picture quality great, but the way it hangs on the wall and how see unless it is almost in mesh with the wall is unlike any other tv i've seen. It's very. Easy to hook up things to the box that comes with it.So there's no chords and cabulls looking awful and messy going up to the tv. I'm also very. Impressed with the trial that I had for art and pictures whiich is the reason this t v is so amazing. The library that samsung offers is large and has many different styles to choose from. It honestly does look like a picture in a frame on the wall versus a television which was where my skepticism was at first but now I'm a total believer. Absolutely amazing piece of tech.

Its slim design and the included wall mount make it sit completely flush against the wall, which gives it a clean, modern look. I appreciate that it doesn’t stand out as a typical TV and most people think it’s just a picture frame, especially due to the Art Mode. I like being able to display photos of my cat, and it’s easy to upload new images through the Smartthings app on your phone. The motion sensor feature is convenient since the screen only turns on when someone is in the room and turns off automatically when the room is empty so it saves you on energy costs. Speakers aren't too great but I didn't expect much since due to the way the TV hangs on the wall. Overall, it’s a practical TV that blends in well with the space and does exactly what I need.

We purchased the Frame to mount over our fireplace. It replaced our 13 year old Samsung LED tv. The picture quality is bright and clear. We especially like the Art Mode feature of the Frame tv. The Samsung TV Plus feature gives us access to many channels (no need for our Roku). There many more features that I have not fully explored. I feel that new/fewer button remote makes this TV very difficult to use. Changing from internet streaming to antenna tv requires you to navigate multiple menu screens. I prefer the Source button on older Samsung remotes. Volume and Channel buttons are not well marked and are very difficult to use. To put is simply, I HATE the new remote and screen menus! I made a major discovery. The remote from my old tv works with the new Frame tv. I am able to access most frequently used features like, Source, Volume, and Channel selection. Regarding the installation of the Frame tv. The mounting of the tv over my fireplace created some issues. I built a box inside the wall behind the tv for the One Connect box. I had to run USB and HDMI cables from the One Connect box to a panel mounted below the tv. Overall, we like the Frame tv and its feature. It's just going to take time to figure out how to access and use these features.

Please know you can easily access your Samsung TV’s Quick Settings by pressing the Settings/Number/Color button located just below the power button on your remote. Each time you press this button, it will toggle between: • Quick Settings menu • Virtual number pad • Color pad options To use Quick Settings: 1. Press the Settings/Number/Color button on your remote 2. When the Quick Settings menu appears, you can adjust commonly used options quickly 3. For more advanced adjustments, scroll to and select All Settings This shortcut helps you access essential features without navigating through the full menu. Also, 4 days after mounting the TV, a white light appeared in the bottom left corner. I had to have it serviced/ most of the TV replaced within weeks of getting it. All in all, I'm underwhelmed.

I think it's pretty cool! I haven't done it permanently because you have to pay for it but during the trials it has been really cool! They have a great amount of content to make it a picture. The TV itself is crystal clear. Sound is great. It was very easy to install. I set it up with my existing Samsung account which made it a breeze. The number of apps it comes with is amazing. I am never without anything to watch. I would choose this TV again any day!

It lets us enjoy the news at the breakfast table and will be great for gatherings or game day watch parties, especially since everyone tends to gather in the kitchen but also doesn’t want to miss what’s happening on the field or court! One of my favorite features is Art Mode. I love being able to choose an image that matches our home decor. It really makes the TV fit seamlessly into our space and look like a framed piece of artwork. The slim-fit wall mount is also a standout. It sits nearly flush against the wall, giving it a clean, built-in look that's truly unique to these Frame TVs. Installation can be a little tricky, especially getting everything level, but the included template helps a lot, and there are tons of helpful video tutorials online if you are new at the process. The only issue we've run into with this TV (and this is actually our third Frame model) is the sound. Unlike the others, this one tends to get very loud, we find it spiking randomly in volume during shows, even after adjusting settings. We’re still trying to troubleshoot that, and hopefully it's just something we need to change on our end. Other than that, it’s been fantastic. The picture is crisp and vibrant, the smart interface is easy to use and has all the apps our family uses and more, and the One Connect box keeps cords out of sight adding to the great visual appeal of the Frame in its art mode. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a TV that blends beautifully into your space while still delivering a great viewing experience.

I also like that you can customize with different frames and bezels. The Art mode on the frame TV is awesome. It allows you to display a multitude of great works of art rather than a boring blank screen. The artwork looks great on the TV. The QLED picture quality is top notch. I love the fact that it comes with the slim fit wall mount. It makes the TV look even more like a framed piece of artwork. I do think the subscription should be included for at least the first year. I've been waiting to great a frame TV and the AI features make it worth the wait.
