Schlage Camelot / Georgian Satin Nickel Single Cylinder Handleset and Knob Right or Left Handed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changed out an aging gatehouse lock and handle set and the swap was very straightforward. I like that this set came with the kick resistant screws and a much more robust design. Though I don't like how cheap the indoor knob feels. It's very thin metal and the clip that keeps the knob on is very small and if you push on it slightly it'll depress the spring clip. Not really a problem as far as using it, but I do worry about it's longevity.

I have this on my front door and a touchpad for the deadbolt on my patio and they are both quality products that should last quite a while.

However, I was recently sent the wrong screws with a front door set I purchased. It appears you are changing over to a larger head screw for your deadbolt sets. What I assume to be the new recessed inside cover allows the bigger screw to be recessed and the inside handle to have clearance for operation. The set I purchased had these new large screws but a standard inside plate. My problem was that the latch would not clear the screws

I can remotely control who has access to my home without any hassles with struggling to get to my front door. It works flawlessly and easily with my phone so I know what is happening at my entry way. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this product for about ten years and we swapped an electric padlock for the deadbolt on the front door and used the deadbolt on the back door and the pad lock on the front door worked great and we’ve been able to get a great amount of use out of it. The deadbolt on the back is the same and it’s kept its smooth touch without wither. Highly recommend this product and will be using again for my next home
