Q: do the new srubber heads work/fit on the older model of the scrubber wand?

A: From all the reviews i wouldn't use the old wand. I upgraded to the newer one and no issues with leaking... the old wand would also always eventually leak from the push button in my experience.

Our new design is intended to provide direct soap flow with our Dishwands. When finished using the dishwands, we recommend that they be stored upright. When using our New Advance Soap Control Dishwands, controlled amounts of soap will flow directly to your dishes when the button on the wand is pressed. Once finished, the Advanced Soap Control Dishwand can be stored in any positioning without leaking. I like the product, don’t get me wrong. But why is it that EVERY TIME I first use the brand new spong it separates???? Every time !! There has to be a better way for you guys to construct the product to where it connects with more then just crappy glue! I have some really good ideas if your interested in making your product better and still cost you and the consumer less, email me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Brite Zero Scratch Dishwand was a surprise as this dishwand didn't leak releasing the perfect amount of soap based on my pressure. I didn't expect it to clean the stuck on eggs on my skillet without several scrubbings but it came off easily and without any scratches! The dishwand was also ergonomically easy to hold and use with the scrub head angled perfectly it made cleaning that much easier.

It worked wonders and we didn’t have to worry about it scratching the surface. It looks brand new with minimal effort. Since then, I’ve used it on the stove top and to wash dishes. Being able to just buy a refill save money and feels greener since the only thing that needs replacing is the pad. This dishwand quickly and easily removes leftover oil or grease and food detritus from non-stick pans without scrubbing and without scratching. I was delighted to receive a sample refill because it was time to trash the grungy sponge part and get a fresh one. We love the dishwand because it is easier and faster to clean up than using a sponge. It also keeps your hands out of the dirty soapy dishwater.

I always use Scotch Brite refills for my Dish-wand, in order for me to clean my pots and hard stick on left over food that stick to your dishes before washing. The product is great and I always purchase their products because it stands up to any task.

However, I am not a fan of wands to clean all dishes. I like a lot of suds when I hand clean my dishes. And I find the wand although producing some suds, it is not enough all at one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these sponge dish wands for my teenager to use to wash his own dishes, BUT now I even use them myself. They don’t scratch my glassware. There is a removable piece of sponge to control the soap flow from the handle. I leave it in so I have less soap and bubbles with our soft water. They are easy to replace on the handle after you do it the first time and see how it works.

I think they are even better quality that their stand-alone sponges and they are easy to change out. Just pop it off the wand, slip in a new one, and get it wet and you are good to go. Used it at the office to clean the dishes and it was quicker than using a regular sponge and I felt like I wasn't getting as dirty from the cleaning. Another great job.

I recently purchased a new pan set, and have been too nervous to really dig in and clean them because I don't want them to scratch. I was really excited to try these Scotch-Brite non scratch heads for the wand that I already had to clean - and I am impressed! The dig in to stuck on food and grease without damaging my pots and pans. They are very easy to attach to the wand, and they last through several scrubbings. A life saver!

The zero scratch is accurate and good for general dish cleaning and light messes. The only thing i don't like is that there are no instructions. Had to youtube how to replace the sponge. FYI - it slides on and off.
