Scotts® Liquid Turf Builder® with Plus 2 Weed Control kills listed weeds, all while giving your lawn a quick boost of nitrogen. This combination weed killer and fertilizer controls common lawn weeds including dandelions, clover, buckhorn, chickweed, ground ivy, henbit, knotweed, lambsquarters, oxalis, pigweed, plantain, poison ivy, ragweed, spurge, and more as listed. Apply Scotts® Liquid Turf Builder® with Plus 2 Weed Control when weeds are actively growing. Simply connect the container to a garden hose, turn on water, and spray. This product is for use on grass lawns only, do not use on or around shrubs, trees, or ornamental plantings. Do not water the treated area for 48 hours after application, as this will wash off the weed killing material. Weeds will begin to curl within a few days. Some hard-to-control weeds may require a repeat application in 3 to 4 weeks. Not for St Augustine grass
I’m stuck with 2 bottles of this because it CAN NOT be used on St Augustine grass. I read this AFTER I purchased it. I had put in what type of grass I had before purchasing it.

Does not work!
This product is a total disappointment and waste of time and money. It does not work. I followed the directions and my lawn still has weeds if not more. Second application like stated on the label and nothing. I would definitely stay away from it and look for something else.

Won’t dispense product
This is the second bottle I have purchased this year that won’t dispense any product. I have tried two different hoses and a third bottle I had worked fine. This was disappointing quality control.

The tab on the knob should be bent back and the knob turned all the way to the ON position. Also, be sure that your water is turned on full at the spigot. Water pressure is important to the proper functioning of the ready-spray container. If the water pressure is below 40 psi it will not siphon properly. If you are using an extra-long garden hose the water pressure is likely to be under 40 psi at the end of the hose. We want you to be confident in our products. Go back to better nozzle
Love the product, the liquid works fantastic! However, the nozzle… it just basically dumps and in a limited area causing damage to my yard. I cringe every time I have to buy it now. Luckily, I still have 1 bottle with the old ‘fan’ or ‘flat’ spray nozzle on it so I have to cut open or puncture this new bottle to pour it into that older bottle with the better fan/flat spray nozzle. I get 4x the coverage, and no damage to my yard. Please go back to that prior spray nozzle!

I bought a case of this last fall. Sprayed two areas. Didn’t clear out targeted ground ivy or dandelions come spring but Clover was thinner. Sprayed again 3 days ago and not seeing any change in targets yet. Weather has been ideal according to directions. Trying to be patient, 7-10 days will tell the story is my experience with herbicides that actually kill the roots and have longer term results. Keep you posted.

Just avoid. Buy a sprayer or Sunday Lawn products.
Like many other reviews, product didn't dispense... At all. Tried different hoses, different hose lengths, bought an angled connection thinking that maybe the hose leaving the spigot was kinking and limiting flow, even tried goin back to get a second bottle. Nothing dispensed after two days of trying. Waste of time and effort.

Spray bottle failed.
Like so many others below, the spray bottle didn’t spray. I cut it open and used a standard sprayer. It can’t be that hard to make a spray bottle that works. First one that ever failed me. We’ll have to wait and see how well the product itself works.

The non spraying bottle happens to me about every other time I apply...thankful that I have an Ortho bottle. I have to cut open the Scotts bottle and use the Ortho sprayer too!

Does not spray fertilizer
I have been experiencing the same issues as others, once connected to the water the unit does not spray the fertilizer. I have turned on and off, water on and off and still no fertilizer coming out. Thi has happened on multiple bottles, I have ended up cutting the bottle apart to get to the fertilizer and use a Ortho sprayer. I love the product but the sprayer does not work.

Who knows?
I read the instructions on how to use the spray weed and feed on three different sites including Scott's site. I got it all set up, pulled the yellow tab back turned the white on off switch and water came out. I don't think any of the product came out because there was no smell at all and there was nothing that looked like a product might be in the spray. I've never in my life had a weed and feed that did not smell at all. I'm not holding out much hope of this small area I sprayed before I decided just to turn it off because it just looked and smelled like water.

TOTQL FAIL
Total fail. I would give this a 0 if I could. 1) Container connector blew apart under normal hose pressure when in the off position. 2) Product would not siphon properly at any hose pressure. Taking my time at various water volumes, product either never siphoned at all or siphoned so little that it took several.minutes to siphon a fraction of the amount required for the measured area, but was then too diluted to kill any weeds. . . Will never use this again!

Product did a great job.
Hadn't fertilized my lawn in years and was becoming very overgrown with weeds. Decided to treat it myself since it is a small lot. After 2 applications it really looks great! Almost all the weeds are gone and the grass is filling in beautifully. Should have done this years ago. No problem with the sprayer or the application. Would recommend.

Faulty Dispenser
I bought several bottles this year and had the same problem as last year. The bottle does not dispense all the product. It gets down to about 1/3 full and stops dispensing. The product works good on killing clover but I'm wasting 1/3 of it with each application.

Very happy with this
I used on my lawn in April but we had rain after 16 hours of use. It killed about 80% of the weeds and greened up the lawn. I did a 2nd treatment two weeks ago and and that killed the rest of the weeds and the lawn looks better then it has ever looked. I am very happy with this product and I will use again.
