Very cheap and thin plastic. These might be suitable for lightweight workout shirts that will be hanging on a smaller rod, as the hook part of the hanger is not as tall as some. I would not have bought them if I had seen them before, as they are flimsy.

It's a hanger!
Bought the 100 pack of these because we had a bunch of mismatched colored hangers with the hook in the top and we hate those ones because the shirt necks get snagged. You can't beat the price on these; I went to Walmart to check the price before buying these and they wanted about $5 for 9 hangers.
