Description
Tulips are the indispensable blooms of the spring garden, as they bring it to life! They are unique in the range of size, shape, and bold color found in almost every color spectrum, that only tulips provide. Tulips are suitable for a wide range of plantings, are excellent in the rock garden, in formal beds, as elegant cut flowers, and for containers. They can be used in nearly any garden design scheme. Flowers are upward facing, with linear to lance-shaped green leaves on the stem. Tulip descriptions can become quite technical, as they are grouped into 15 different divisions, describing the petals, stamens, and leaves in detail. Plant several different varieties of tulips throughout the garden to extend the blooming time.

Beautiful colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Van Zyverden Tulips Spryng Break Set of 12 Bulbs are perfect for any garden. They are bell shaped 4" flowers that can grow to be as tall as 14" in height. They start out with sun colored yellow petals that have red edges, and red flames that will continue to grow darker and more vibrant as the bloom ages. Its flowering time is early morning to mid morning. They can grow in most types of soil such as acidic soil,, clay soil,, loamy soil,, and sandy soil. There growth rate is medium and they like fall sun partly shady. Planting instructions are to plant 6" deep and 3-6"apart. They are Perennials so they will come back seasonally.

By following planting guidelines, I have enjoyed a stunningly beautiful burst of color outside my home. The bloom itself is long lasting and the blossom is tall at 14” to 18” … It is lovely and full! You plant them in the fall and see them burst to life in the spring! They are so beautiful! Would recommend!
