A: Thank you to whoever answered my question. I am still not sure because they are different prices. I ordered both colors...brown & brown bonded leather. I will let all of you know what the difference is when they come in the mail.

A: They are not designed, or labeled as footrests, and are only intended to properly space the legs of the chair.

I am very pleased with these bar stools. My island is 36 inches high and these 26"counter barstools fit just right underneath. They came a week earlier and everything was intact, product in good shape. They were easy to assemble, the color is a dark chocolate seat that is padded, dark cherry legs with a foot rest and brass colored nails around seat pad. Comfortable seating and a nice color for my new countertops. Price friendly for this style and comes as a set.

Tried several sets before finding these. They are sturdy and well made with attention to detail. The wood is solid and nicely finished. The contoured tops are very comfortable and cover material is very nice. Best ones I found by far. Would definitely purchase again and again. A rare find, apparently, considering the lack of quality in the others I tried.

Not that great.
They look great but they are wobbly. All 4 of the stools are wobbly. No matter how much you play with the legs and screws and not to mention the description of how to 'drop it' from a distance to get the legs to NOT wobble, is a bit crazy. The legs on one of the stools is cracked, I don't recall it being cracked when we built it or if it was in the 'drop' process. Needless to say, not the greatest purchase.
