This eye shadow/pencil consists of a waxy feeling color pencil that is hard to use because the pigment is almost non existant so it takes multiple applications for a subtle look . I returned it!

Not too shinny silver, not too mute, just perfect
I have used this silver color SHANY pencil for years and always get compliments. Be aware that SHANY makes several different kinds of silver color pencils and I have tried them and like other silver color pencils of other brands they are either to shinny or too dull. This specific pencil is the best !
