I love the power!!
Great styler, the power is amazing drys my hair in no time. I love all the attachments it has. The only thing I don’t love is how hot it gets, I’m sweating by the end of it lol and with some of the attachments it’s hard to remove them because they don’t have that little part that is on the curling attachment and the oval attachment. Overall I love this styler!! I highly recommend buying it

Easy and Lasts!!!!
Ive had this tool for almost a year and I absolutely love it!!! I typically use the round brush attachment ( I have 2C/3A hair ), and it completely straightens and curls it in about 30-35 minutes!! It also lasts so long if you do it right after you wash your hair!! I wont lie, the curling sticks are hard to get down but they look really good after!!! I love this tool 10/10!! (Use hair oil after to make it healthier and shinier!) My curl pattern hasn’t deteriorated or been damaged at all either! The only negative is it sometimes catches my hair in the cracks and rips it out.. :(

Don’t buy
Worked ok for a few months. Now every time I use it, it lasts for about 30 seconds before turning off. Wish I could return it and get a Dyson!

I would not buy this again.
I'm usually good with styling products however this one was not working with my type of hair, at least (straight hair). It left my hair extremely frizzy and my curls continued to fall. I achieve a better blow out look with a straightener and a blow dryer.

Disappointed
I bought it last year and I have been trying to work with the air wraps. The curl doesn’t last and my hair is completely fuzzy in hours. I thought it was my thin hair so I came here looking to buy another part. Nothing available.

I had this product on my wish list for a long time, so I was able to buy it last month, and I have to be honest and say that I was disappointed. I don't know if mine is defective, but I feel that when I use the dryer brush, the equipment (the part that bends) is not firm, it is loose, I feel insecure, thinking that at any moment it could break into two pieces. Another thing I noticed is that everyone says it dries their hair too quickly. I don't feel that way. I think it takes longer than normal for it to dry completely. I bought it exactly 2 months ago and have used it twice. I feel very sad about this.

attachment pops off
i’ve had this for no longer than a year and every time i blow dry my hair with the bruh attachment it pops off and its so annoying my hair is not tangled it literally jsut comes right off and i click it into the dryer and it still happens and it makes me so mad

Hair breakage
Could not figure out why I have so many broken off shorter hairs. Now I know. Hair felt extremely dry, and attachments are damaging/pull hair out.

i would not buy this product
I purchased this product with the expectation that it would serve as a replacement for my existing curling wand, but I was utterly mistaken. The attachments failed to function regardless of the amount of product I applied or the number of tutorials I watched. The blow-dry attachment, in particular, caused my hair to puff up excessively, and I find myself preferring to use my Revlon blow dryer. Although I would like to return this product, I am unable to do so because I used my points to purchase it, and I am obligated to keep it.

Very Disappointed
My hair got easily tangled and frizzy. Most of the tools are useless for me. The end of the hair dryer is MUCH smaller than standard Ionic hairdryers. The strength of the blower and options for the heat settings are great but overall not a good product. I have a lot of experience with doing blowouts on myself and this unit was a huge disappointment. I will be returning this.

Doesn’t last
I really loved this but after about 9-12 months, it just stopped working consistently and would frequent die while using it. It has something to do with the cord. I think the cord is so thick that it gets kinked easily and is no longer well connected. This is unfortunate because it is an expensive device and works well but it doesn’t last.

Used to love it
Had this hairdryer for just over 2.5 years and loved it so mych, I would use it all the time to diffuse my curly hair and achieve a blowout look. Up until yesterday it was my go to however, it just died on me. Called customer support at Shark and they "cant do anything". Thought this was going to be a longterm, investment piece, wrong. So disappointed!!
