I purchased this a few days ago and I am totally loving it!! I have very Long thick hair and it usually takes me over an hour to dry it then straighten it. Not anymore, this product is worth it's weight in Gold, I cannot believe how quickly it dried my hair along with straightening it. My hair was so soft, smooth and shiny when I finished and It had only taken me about 20 minutes. I am so happy about this. I love this heated comb/blow dryer brush it is wonderful. I am so very impressed. Thanks Shark!!!! I will recommend this to all my friends.

I really want to give this 5 stars because I truly love this product. I use Color Wow heat protectant and my hair is nice and smooth. I rarely have to use the frizz free/smoothing comb, but it a wonderful bonus. I do not have to section my hair out at all and I use the dryer brush on my fully wet hair. I do not see that my hair is getting overly hot or see smoke coming off it like a normal hair dryer. I honestly think this styler is healthier for my hair and isn't drying it out, The reason I am deducting a star, is because I use the dryer portion on high, and I think I have turned it off and leave for the day and I come back to my room smelling hot, only to realize I turned on the smoothing comb feature and has been on for 10+ hours. Why there is not an auto shut off feature like most curling irons or flat irons really surprises me considering the fire hazard and how great a company Shark is. Or make the smoothing feature a completely different button or something so it avoids the thought that you turned off the whole styler. I understand there is a light that comes on to show that the smoother is heating up, but if the sound is off from the blow dryer, I just set it down and go about my day not thinking anything more of the styler. So it is a very easy mistake that can be made by anyone. I feel this fire hazard should be seriously looked into and the improvement be made like I mentioned, with an auto shut off after 30 mins of non use or to make a separate switch to turn on/off the smoother. I did call into customer service to report this issue and praised the product for what it does for my hair. But the safety concern must be addressed.

I love this product! Great value for the money! I cannot live without this type of hair tool. It styles my super thick hair in minutes!

I purchased this blow dryer on the reputation of Shark. It didn't disappoint. My previous name brand dryer was burning my hair, and pulling some of it out. This one doesn't burn my hair, and I don't find very much hair on the brush after drying. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The cord is so short! Why? It unplugs every time I use it. I also find the straightener/smoothing option to be useless, interferes with my blow out / the drying option. Blow dry brush from competing brands works 100x better. Super disappointed!

I have course frizzy hair and thus has changed my life on blowdrying my hair! It takes minutes to do my hair versus struggling with round brush and conventional hair dryer

I love this brush!! I live in the Dominican Republic where there is a lot of humidity and therefore my hair gets very frizzy if is not correctly styled. And with this brush my hair always end up spectacular, like if a professional styled it.

I am very happy with this dryer it’s great my hair hasn’t looked this good ever.

I’ve only used the product once, and I may return it. While my hair looks great my ears are RINGING. I can’t even sleep because of the ringing that was caused 100% by how loud it is!

Too heavy and loud. Bought this as most stylers were perpendicular whereas this should have been easier to maneuver. Not meant for older users or medium head of hair.

Had my boyfriend buy me this as a gift after my last blow dry brush broke. It lasted maybe 6 months before the motor burnt out and it started smoking. Very upset.

First of all, I have to say that I absolutely love the outcome of my hair using this dryer brush/style comb. My hair is soft and looks professionally done, and I receive a lot of compliments! I also like the weight and easy handling of the dryer! HOWEVER, the reason for the low rating is that the heated styling comb has ONE temperature setting at over 400 degrees, which is too hot for my hair. While styling my dry hair, the brush also smokes, so I'm concerned it's burning/destroying my hair. I've tried using it with no product in my hair, feeling it may be the product causing the smoke, but still continues to smoke. Also, be aware that there is NO automatic shutoff if you have to walk away for a few minutes, and the heat actually makes the table very warm, which is concerning. That said, I will probably have to return it :-(

I bought this on “black Friday” and I have been using it ever since. My hair has never been softer and smoother. Usually the next day my hair is frizzy and a mess. With this brush it looks as good as it did on day one. If it needs a lift for a night out I use the straightener feature. This is a great tool and I encourage everyone to try it.

I got this on a whim when purchasing gifts (FlexStyle🌟💎) for daughter and sons girlfriend. It really works miracles! So much easier to get a perfect blowdry- opposed to my regular $$$ dryer and much less expensive! Seemed clunky at first but as soon as I got the hang of it during it's first use, it was not an issue.

I’ve been using this styling for about a month and like how easy it is to style my hair without damaging my hair. I would have given it 5 stars but the cord should be longer and allow more flexibility.

Started smoking and having a horrible smell after the first use.

I have this a solid month or two before reviewing. I am a loyal Revlon fan but knew the days were numbered with it. Anyway, this is a great deal for what you get. I really like the smoothing heated plates and it does not pull nearly as much as my revlon did, which I know I’ll be thankful for over time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish it offered the “speed” or “velocity” of which the air blows, I like the temp variances but would love to do low or medium speed with high or medium heat. The top of my hair gets fuzzy with the speed in which the air comes out since the only variable option is temp.

I’ve used both ways: as a hair dryer/smoother and as a heated roller brush. The heat roller option is nice but it’s not the easiest in trying to get close to the scalp - the device is pretty big and very bulky. As far as the hair dryer portion, IT IS VERY LOUD.

I bought this to help with the drying/styling of my hair. Right now my hair is just short enough that this isn't helping me as much as I'd like, however, I am in the process of growing it out and I love this blow dryer and I know that it will become the absolute best hairdryer ever.
