I absolutely love this! My hair has never looked better whenever I use this and it's perfect for "swooping" my curtain bangs out of my face. I have a couple frustrations: I wish the yellow tip were longer to hold on to and it gets hot quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE MY NEW DRYBAR BLOW-DRYER!!! I borrowed my daughter-in-laws while on vacation. It dried and styled my hair in half the time as my own blow-dryer (which I threw away). I ordered the Half Shot Small Round Blow-Dryer Brush the same day. It lives on my vanity because I use it everyday to freshen my style.

I absolutely love how this dryer styles my hair. There are two things I dislike greatly however. One, in order to use the highest fan setting, you must use the hottest setting. My hair is literally smoking and too hot for my fingers to touch. Second, the bristles get easily bent down. I clean my bristles after every use, but they are easily bent down. I even store specially where the bristles are not crushed. I really wish there was a separate setting for fan speed and heat.

Purchased a small dryer from a different company. Wanted it for travel because I use the Dyson Air Wrap at home. Used the other one once and it literally smoked and burned. Returned it quickly but needed something for travel. I don't travel with my Dyson because I've actually had one stolen from my luggage. So i bought thus one for travel. Its a little larger than i wanted, but it is so lightweight it made up for size. I love this dryer. Its perfect for my fine shoulder length hair. Its easy to use and gets hot enough to lock in stule but not cook my hair. In fact i love almost…. Almost as much as my Dyson. So glad i bought and did not wrigh fown my suitcase or dufgle at all!!! Love it!

I have thick frizzy,l hair. This thing was amazing. I dried my hair in no time and didn't have to use my flat iron!

I'll say it did a good job drying my hair without it getting too hot. However it's uncomfortable to hold while drying my hair. The top part of it is too short to hold on to while running it through my hair. Also the filter on the bottom comes up too far on the handle I felt like my hair was going to get sucked in. I also noticed the barrel itself pulled my hair as I was blow drying it. Not good for long hair.

Couldn’t find a good smaller model anywhere until I found this. I’ve always like drybar products and gave it a try. It’s also lighter than the other brands. It would be great if it was even lighter but probably impossible to do to get good results. Leaves my hair full and shiny, no tangles.

The Half Shot small round blow-dryer brush didn't live up to my expectations. It's a basic tool that didn't add any volume or give my wavy, normal-to-dry, shoulder-length hair that polished blowout look I was hoping for. Right from the start, I noticed a burnt smell when I turned it on, which was a bit concerning. The heat settings are located at the bottom, and even the lowest setting felt way too hot for my hair. Overall, it just didn't work for me—I won't be reaching for it again. If you're looking for a better alternative from Drybar that actually delivers salon-quality results, I highly recommend investing in the Triple Shot Interchangeable Blow Dryer.
