Great Tool - faulty product
I loved using this tool it was great, until it died just a few weeks after I got it. No warning, just stopped working. Very disappointing.

Disappointed that it burned out after several uses
Really upset. I’ve only used this maybe 10-15 times and this last time it burned out on me while using it. I noticed a strange sound coming from it like I had lowered it (I had not), and then a cloud of smoke and terrible came from it smelling up the whole room. We had to air out the whole upstairs and I was worried about what we were breathing in. Super disappointed bc this was a gift from my husband and not cheap.

Doesn’t last
Poor quality. I haven’t had it a full year and the bristles are falling out and it gets overheated. I’ve taken great care of it, never damaged it. I’m worried it’s going to catch on fire. Super bummed about this because it was working great in the beginning.

Seemed like a great blow dryer set. Just got so hot and I could smell my hair burning. I've used curling brushes before and this has never happened. I used it with a new Heat activated hair silk serum for heat products. -- Maybe made it worse. But truthfully, I prefer the good old fashioned round hair brush and blow dryer. Doesn't fry you hair. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this item

Perfect quick blowout
As a busy mom, I'm always looking for a quick way to give myself a blowout that can look clean and bouncy. I am very pleased with the rate at which I was about to blowout. I love that the tool is easy to use and I can add as much curl as I want. Highly recommend! This product has been gifted by Drybar.

Great buy!
I previously had the half round brush and really liked it, but I've had it for almost 7 years and it was time to get a new one. My hair is a little longer now kind of mid length so I decided to go for a large larger one and this time went for the oval shaped. While I will say my round brush gave me a lot more Curl at the end, this brush gives me a lot more volume, and I can get my hair done and almost half the time. Doesn't damage my hair and I will always swear by the dry bar brushes.

Efficient and easy to use
I shower at night and have been trying to get into the habit of drying my hair before bed. This tool makes that much easier to do. In the past, I've found hairdryers to be a bit overstimulating when trying to both dry and style my hair. I don't have that issue with the Double Shot. It's so much nicer having both the dryer and brush in one tool. One minor nitpick I have is that I wish there were more heat settings. The hottest/fastest can quickly become too hot, but the low hot setting dries thick hair too slowly. It would be nice to have an in between.

Short Life Span
I love this product but unfortunately it does not last beyond 2 years (and that's a stretch even). I have had 3 of these since November 2021. The warranty is only for 1 year. . . the 1st died after the 1 year mark and I wasn't eligible for a replacement. The 2nd died just under a year and I was able to get a free replacement. Well, my 3rd just died and will be 2 years old in April. These are very expensive for such a short life span.

I really like it when it works, but there’s an issue with the cord when I put the brush in my hair and turn it. It shuts off. Very disappointing because it was so expensive.
