Both the massage and heat are barely noticeable. I would have been better off, laying on a lumpy pillow that moves a little bit.

It was great until it died! I only had it for 6 months. I used it quite a bit. For my neck and shoulders. I didn’t think I would like the vibration but it does distract from the pain a bit. So it’s nice to have sometimes.

It doesn't get very warm. The"massage" is a weak vibration with very little pressure. It's neither therapeutic or relaxing. I would save your money.

Vibrating massage is only at the top of neck/shoulder area - not the entire padding that goes over shoulders or down the back. Otherwise it serves its purpose for hubby. He said it heats up pretty quick and does help with shoulder pain.

Even with the snaps and belt secured, this just doesn’t have a tight enough connection to my shoulders or neck to really do very much. While it is comfortable to wear, and definitely works as a heating element, it doesn’t do much in the way of massaging the area. I would say this is more like a very fancy heating pad than anything else.

I already have a heated neck wrap, so the massage was something I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, I found it to be loud and uncomfortable, without many options to change up the massage. The heat was nice but the massage part was a let down, unfortunately.
