A: No you can't. The edible ones are the organic ones sold in supermarkets and vitamin shops mostly. This is strictly for hair and body.

I love this stuff, but just like with everything else, there's less product. Can't remember what I paid the last time I bought it, but it's not 10.5oz anymore, like the old jar (see image). I'll probably still purchase, just won't use it nearly as much and won't be buying every other month like I used to. It's coconut oil, it works. But still. I'm very disappointed.

Sorry long review Im a very picky person when it comes to lotions and moisturizers and I decided to try this out cause I wanted to change to cleaner products and so far after the first use I love it it doesn’t leave me with that sticky uncomfortable feeling that most lotions leave on my body and I don’t feel uncomfortable in bed so that’s great cause it will give me kinda a sensory overload and I won’t be able to sleep until I shower again when I feel all sticky. My arms and legs feel so smooth and soft I love it I’ll keep using it.
