This product does exactly what it claims to do & I noticed a visible difference in 1 use. I am biracial so I have a couple different curly textures in my hair & it gets damaged really easily. I noticed my hair was shiny, curls were defined, less frizz & my hair was easier to style right out of the shower. This product made me want to try the shamp & conditioner now!

Another great Shea product. I have waist length 2c curls. I have to have a pretty heavy conditioner to get through my hair. This did a great job and didn't weigh it down. I have a lot of hair and I would hesitate to recommend it to someone who didn't. Might be a little too heavy for them.

I have fine, curly(3a), medium porosity hair and I looove this masque. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and manageable (less tangles). I started using a ketoconazole shampoo at the same time so I can't definitively say if it's one or the other or both but I have noticed less hair fall! The only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the scent, it's light but its a tad musky.
Works great on 4c hair.

I love all the products from this line. It gets the job done. My goal is to maintain a good ph balance for my hair. So I fluctuate with this line, the protein and a moisture shampoo line week to week. Hopes this helps. We all know there’s no one size fits all.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I have relatively healthy 3c/4a hair, with high density. I used this four times before I stopped. I didn’t recognize any positive changes to my hair. It felt very very dry, almost stiff to the touch. It actually made my hair worse off than before. I know that it was the deep conditioner because I felt it immediately after rinsing it off. Every once in a while I come back to Shea Moisture out of nostalgia but I always get reminded that the brand is completely different now.

This masque reminds me of Shea Moistures Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Hair Masque, just not as much slip. I can not say that I notice a difference as far as bond repair.🤷♀️

I bought this on a whim because I feel like I've tried every hair mask and none worked. Butttttt this one? It makes my hair feel soooo soft. My hair is very stubborn, low porosity 3c curls. It's hard finding a product to actually penetrate my hair AND leave it soft. This is probably gonna be my new holy grail. My hair has truly never felt better.

I never write reviews but I have to say how great this hair masque is! I have natural kinky coily hair (4c hair) and this hair masque keeps my dry hair, well hydrated until my next weekly wash day. I also noticed a decreased amount of hair breakage. I will add that I use a hooded hair steamer along with the hair masque. Best hair masque ever!

I have thick curly type 3b/3c hair. This hair mask made my hair really soft, bouncy and moisturized! So I left it on my hair overnight like I always do with deep conditioners. A little bit really goes a long way unlike other deep conditioners I’ve used. I rinsed it out the next morning and also used a clarifying shampoo to remove any product buildup. After styling my hair and letting it air dry, I really noticed a huge difference in how my hair looks and feels! This is the most noticeable result I’ve ever had using a deep conditioner before so I will continue to use this before every wash day!
