While they have an IP67 rating, which means they can withstand sweat, rain, and splashes, they are not waterproof enough for submersion in water. Shokz does however offer a different model, specifically designed for swimming, called the Shokz OpenSwim. Those headphones have an IP68 rating, making them fully waterproof and submersible. They also have built-in storage for music, as Bluetooth does not transmit well underwater.     Lasts for about over a year, second pair of headphones, normal use. Connect button can't be pressed anymore.

    Bone conduction?

    The most comfortable over-ear style I've ever tried, and I love how user friendly they are. I was so tired of accidentally hanging up on calls with little earbuds just by trying to adjust them. These have convenient buttons that do everything so much easier. My only issue is the sound. Maybe it's just mine, but I can't hear it unless the volume is on full blast, and even then it's a little quiet. It's a little frustrating when I'm trying to listen to something that is quiet or someone isn't speaking up over the phone and I can't turn the volume up any higher. I would expect better sound quality from bone conduction, but these seem to just use normal speakers, just a little farther away from the ear.

    I had these for 4 months then all the sudden stopped working. I charge them and try to turn them on and nothing. I go through the warranty process and it’s been over a week since I filed and my case is still pending. Can’t get anyone on the phone either

    Absolutely fantastic!

    I just purchased the Shokz Openrun 2 and I love it! I live on the Gulf Coast, so headphones are too hot to wear outside from May to September. I also must have oddly shaped ear canals because every in-the-ear device I try either falls out or is uncomfortable. My problems are now solved. It's super comfortable to wear for hours and the sound quality is great! I highly recommend them and would buy them again!

    Shokz OpenRun 2 Headphones

    These are amazing for me. I have tried many different types and styles of earbuds (big name brand to lesser known brands) and they all end up working their way out of my ear. I change tips as well and no luck. I tried these on in the store and was immediately convinced I needed these. They are great for when I go walking and just normal phone conversations. The open ear style allows you to hear surroundings, however if you are in a noisy area you won’t be able to hear your headphones. That’s to be expected as this is what they are made for. I love they never fall out or off and they are even glasses friendly. I actually ended up buying a second pair I like them so much. I would definitely recommend for anyone that has similar issues with earbuds staying in.
