Q: Hi, going on six years with mine and unfortunately the pump has failed and I was unable to fix it like I have before. I would like to buy a replacement, what are the measurements for the pump? (example 24/400)

Q: it's difficult to tell when contrasted against the brown version of this item but what part is colored exactly? is the glass itself tinted or is the color referring to the hardware?

I love this set! Such a classic design. My only complaint with these is longevity. The metal-looking pump parts seem to be coated with a plastic film that started to disintegrate after about a year of use. We also mistakenly ran the cup from the set through the dishwasher which scratched up what must be a yellow coating on the glass (instead of the glass itself being yellow). Very cool visual design though. Regardless of imperfections, I still love having this set in my bathroom.

I'm on my third purchase of this soap dispenser. I love the glass but the pump continues to break within a few weeks (for this recent purchase, the pump was broken when it arrived.) I should have learned after the first two but I really liked the look. I won't be buying it again, however.

I used the pump lightly (just in a bathroom) for maybe a month, and it’s held up well but it doesn’t feel like it will continue to hold up. It feels about 5 seconds away from breaking every time I used it, which caused me to not bother after a while. It’s cute enough, could be cuter, but I wanted something cheap and this worked.

It’s very stylish, but it corrodes horribly, and the finish bubbled off so cleaning it leaves it looking just as bad. The pump works, but not well. Threw this out and now the matching items will be stashed in a closet while I replace the whole set. Really sad and a waste of money. Would probably only be fine for a guest bath where it won’t be used often.

ordered two of these - they were deivered filled with soap and one of them would not pump the soap, took it back to a Target store picked up another and that did not work either : ( if it worked love the glass container and color

I liked the design of the dispenser but the metal top part got rusty within a year of purchase and broke. If you are like me and likes to keep things for a long time avoid this one.

Initially, like others, the dispenser did not work for me. I tried to pump it a million times and nothing happened. I did find a fix though, not sure the mechanism to it, but I unscrewed it and messed with the plastic part containing the spring (turning it). The spout made a popping sound, and upon pressing the lever, soap dispensed! voila! Maybe it was clogged? Not sure, I saw a lot of others had issues too though. But anyways, three stars for the heart attack.

I’ve owned this item for over 2 years. It is used for bathroom hand soap. Over time the pump becomes corroded meaning it starts to tarnish. I have the taller one in my bedroom with hand lotion I. It and it is fine. I think it is better used for that than with constant moisture. I have the complete set in my bathroom as it is very lovely. So…I will have no choice but to purchase a new bottle, just to use it for a clean pump. If we were able to purchase additional pumps…I totally would stock up on at least 3 more for longer time use.

This glass piece is really amazing to have on a vanity set up. I filled mine with micellar water and hand sanitizer. I wouldn’t fill it with something you need to use constantly like hand soap.

The soap dispenser portion has broken twice. I've purchased the slender one and the shorter version. And each time they break, the handle but the portion the soap comes from. I love this, but I must part with it this time around. I have the jars for cotton balls and Q-tips. They're beautiful! There is sturdy glass, but the hardware is cheap on the soap dispener. Fix that portion please I love these

Bought a short and tall version of this bottle less than 2 years ago and the pumping handle for the soap snapped off completely.
