Q: The legs are missing the pre drill holes (headboard & footboard) on the Queen / pink bed. Should we drill them ourselves (16 holes)? Manufacture said Target to make an exchange -but since another user had same issue, wondering if all are the same?

Worst platform bed.
This bed is so cheaply made. The legs are weak and was stripped of the screw inserts. The slats have come undone multiple times. Beautiful bed, poor quality. There are no screw holes for the footboard.

Cute but poor quality
I’ve had this bed for less than 6 months. At first I was pleased because it was so cute, but the quality has quickly deteriorated. The middle support beam is made out of cheap particle board, and the legs supporting the beam have dented the board and are now at an angle. The actual screws have bent. Each night my partner and i go to bed wondering if this is the night the middle beam splits and we fall through. Do not recommend.

Horrible product and target customer service.
Order 3 beds, 2 came damaged. Fabric damaged around bed, and the middle support came broken and the screw cannot hold the mattress up. Called customer service, the senior specialist, give you such a hard time for replacement or return. Its not resolved on the spot, ask you to wait for email. Target have the worst customer service.

Gorgeous - but huge gap in slats at headboard/footboard
We wanted to love this bed - it really is beautiful and perfect for our daughter's bedroom age 12. Assembly was problematic in that all four legs were missing the pre drill holes - so instead of returning we did that ourselves - as another reviewer said they also needed to do. But the major problem is the huge gap from the last slat to the headboard / footboard. I measured an it's a full FIVE inches!! Almost double the space of the other slats. Unfortunately, this gap translates to the corners of the mattress not being supported at all - so if you have any kind of memory foam mattress - forget it! The corners will sag. Also your sheets won't stay tucked in - since there's nothing under the corner. I checked my other platform beds and they do not have this problem, including a bed we also purchased on Target from another manufacturer. So now I have the painful process of un-assembly and trying to get it back to the store to return. Super disappointed. Again, the bed appears to be awesome - but if you want longevity for your mattress - I'd find something else.

Gorgeous
Love it! Super soft great quality & price! The leg holes were not pre-drilled. Pretty easy assembly took some time, I did it on my own.
