Terrible beans.
I never ever leave reviews, and I love Siete as a brand but these are inedible. Not only is the texture terrible, the flavor is akin to dog food. Please just stop selling these, they’re not worth it.

The texture is hard to get past. The overall gastric distress was a whole different level than what I am used to. I eat beans a lot, so I’m not sure what happened with these, but the gas pains were pretty bad. The lack of flavor was also a deterrent for ever buying these again.

Worst texture I have ever seen. I tried everything from more fat to an immersion blender but they remained chunky. I could maybe have gotten over that but the taste was just as bad.

Strange Texture
I don’t know what the people at target were thinking when they chose toTcarry this brand. These beans have a very strange texture akin to marshmallow fluff or fancy feast. It’s like they have figured out a way to mix air into the beans to save 5 cents a can, and there’s nothing you can really do to fix it. They also lack flavor, which you can adjust with a bit of salt.

Awful texture
Awful texture. I made enchiladas with these a few weeks ago and the enchiladas had such a bad texture, it made me gag and I couldn't finish past a couple bites. I thought my recipe was wrong and had my beans off to the side now instead of inside the enchiladas. That's when I realized it was the beans. Even the beans itself has a weird spongey texture. Makes my body have a reaction to throw up. Will unfortunately have to throw these away. Even the taste doesn't make up for it. Flavorless. They're marketed as vegan but vegetarian refried beans also don't have animal product so just go with another brand and save your money and gut
