Beans are a “must-serve” at our table and a staple of our Mexican-American heritage. Growing up, they were always stockpiled in our pantry, saved in our fridge for later, and served with pretty much every meal. For that reason, beans still have a special place at our table today. Which is why we’ve made our own Vegan Refried Black Beans using nourishing ingredients like organic beans and avocado oil!
