The last 4-5 cartons I have bought with dates of Oct and Nov. have been very watery and lacking the same creamy flavor. This is the ONLY non-dairy milk that I can drink. Please change the recipe back to the original. I would hate to not be able to drink it but I don't want to waste my money on something that doesn't taste good anymore either.

"Rich" you say? Not anymore! I would have given the old "thicker" drink a 5-star rating, but this thinner version is too "watery." Makes the chocolate taste different, too.

Personally, I was never a fan of almondmilk until i tried Silk’s Almondmilk. It tasted amazing (especially the dark chocolate flavor) and complimented my coffee. It was genuinely like drinking whole milk, from texture to packaging it was like i never switched to a more healthier option (for me). Give this brand a try!

I always crave this chocolate flavor. It was my super go to when I had gestational diabetes with my first kid. The rich chocolate flavor hit the spot and its thickness let me sleep through the night without spiking my blood sugar. I am mostly through my second pregnancy and am gestational diabetic again. So I was actually looking forward to picking up that same routine. Last month I noticed that the taste had changed, it wasn’t as chocolaty as it used to be… and it wasn’t as filling as it used to be…. And then I couldn’t find it anywhere! I have tried a few other silk products and also other brands… nothing can replace it. I am giving it a poor review because of my last experience was a letdown… and I am seriously crushed that I can’t find it anywhere anymore.

Something has changed? I’m not sure if this change was intentional or if I got a bad batch but my two cartons of silk dark chocolate almond milk with the expiration date of September 11th are so watery and tastes completely different. This is something we always keep stocked in our fridge and this is the first time we have gotten a batch like this. I don’t want to buy more until I find out more about whether or not this was an intentional change or not.

What's going on with quality control? The codes on the cartons of were BEST BY: 11 SEP 2025 10:48 12-11 EH84 B, BEST BY: 11 SEP 2025 10:48 12-11 E704 A The other carton purchased a separate time, also think and runny but looked like it had floaty particles was BEST BY: 29 AUG 2025 21:23 51-4114 EH210-3

I have been purchasing Silk Chocolate Almond Milk for years. However, the last 2 times I bought it, I distinctly noticed a watery flavor and appearance. The dark, rich chocolate taste is no longer there. This step down in quality (whatever the reason) coupled with a higher price tag has caused me to say goodbye to Silk's Chocolate Almond Milk. Very disappointed.
