I bought this as a gift for a young, 24 year old who is just beginning to explore cooking. This cookbook has great looking recipes, photos and easy to follow directions. The book is huge! I wasn't expecting it to be as large. In flipping through the entire book I found several recipes that looked amazing, from appetizers, salads, entrees to desserts. Maybe I'll get one for myself!
