The straw is not able to be properly cleaned.

unfortunately after 6 washes the rubber started to peel off which was unsafe for my child

It’s so cute but so heavy (before even adding water)

Initially I liked this water bottle. However, the longer I had it there were things about it I didn't like. Sometimes it would leak out of this backflow location on the lid of the bottle. Other times, it would get a vacuum going on in the bottle and I couldn't drink out of the straw. Then I started noticing this black stuff forming around the straw. I tried to clean it, but it wasn't coming clean. I discovered the straw part of the lid had a rubbery insert. When I managed to lift that insert out of the lid, I discovered black mold growing on this insert. Once I managed to get this rubbery insert out of the straw and lid, the insert was completely covered with black mold, that I had been drinking out of. This insert was bad design for thoroughly cleaning the bottle on the regular. I threw the whole water bottle in my recycle bin. To think I've been drinking out of that, so gross!!!

I loved this water bottle but my child knocked it off our kitchen table and the handle broke. I bought it because I liked the handle. Shouldn't have broken so easily. plus, can't take straw apart so impossible to clean.

So cute but the straw on mine cracked almost immediately and I can’t find a way to purchase a replacement straw and so it’s become useless

I purchased this water bottle a little over a month ago, and the cap has already come apart. The pieces of the cap separated during normal use, making it unusable. I’m shocked that this happened after such a short period of time. For a water bottle that has only been used for a little over a month, I expected much better quality and durability. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected. I would not recommend purchasing this water bottle.

I would NOT buy this water bottle. The locking mechanism broke after a month of use, the straw part didn’t want to shut or open. The seal is starting to not sealing right. Pressure will build up in it if you don’t open the straw regularly so water will fly out of it. You can’t take it apart and clean it so I know I will have to throw it out soon due to mold. I really wish I could get my money back for this terrible water bottle.

This bottle is so cute! I love the straw it has inside. It is very sturdy. No leaks and keeps water cold for hours!

Got terribly moldy and could not remove the pieces to clean it. Poor design.

It's a great water bottle for school

Great for keeping water cold but HORRIBLE in being able to clean the “mouthpiece” part. I had to use a butter knife to move the silicone part away from the plastic just to be able to clean. I have had for about a month and it’s just not feasible.

It’s awesome, cute and doesn’t leak. Keeps liquids fairly cold! Unless you’re outdoors all day then the ice will melt a tiny bit. This is my third time buying it though cause I keep losing it 😔 but I love it

The design of the lid and straw component is IMPOSSIBLE to clean and after a few months become moldy inside the silicone straw which you cannot take out. Dumbest design ever for cleaning purposes.

The way the silicone separates from the plastic in the straw causes mold. You cannot clean that area effectively to keep that from happening. Utterly disgusting. Do not buy!

I really Love this water bottle. My husband got me it for Mother’s Day because I needed a water bottle for my new Bible purse that allows you to carry your water bottle in the purse and this one works so well because it is anti spill and locks and keeps my drinks cold for days. I like that they support charities for clean water and education

I’m a big fan of this brand, but this specific bottle missed the mark for me. I bought it specifically for the hygienic pop-up straw so I wouldn't have to touch it with my fingers, but the mechanism is frustrating. The straw doesn't lock into place and bounces back and forth unless I hold it manually. Plus, every time I hit the button to drink, the pressure build-up causes it to spray water on me. Great brand, but I’d skip this particular design
