Bought the pump almost a year ago. It stopped working

They are absolutely brilliant 💯 this one is a for my Grandson 21st Birthday for his flat, he likes my one.

I was looking for soap dispenser in chrome finish and I have to say that this one is just perfect! Foam is being dispensed far enough from the dispenser to not leave any soap marks. One charging last long, the panel is easy to access if you want to turn it off to wipe the surface. I would really love to have a matching dispenser for washing liquid so I could pair them in my kitchen too!

I have several Simple Human soap dispensers over the years and have always been pleased with them but this new one is a big disappointment. It doesn’t dispense the promised foam and just splutters out a few drops of soap. It is chargeable instead of batteries which I thought was an excellent idea but having had it on charge for ages it still doesn’t have much ‘oomph’. I would not recommend this product.

It works well but I preferred the version I had previously more attractive definitely

Love the overall look. and size. Works marginally well with Simple Human Foam soap. Works much better with Method Foam Soap.

The straw was too thin & the simple human soap to thick it would not come out, so I returned it & the new one didn't work either til I cut the straw & put water in the soap.

We bought one a while ago after many cheaper ones had been bought and failed. It’s impressed us so much with no issues, easy to clean, charge etc that we’ve just bought another 2 so there’s now one everywhere you can wash your hands!

Love the rose gold color and how easy it is to use.

My first one did not work but I received a new one and it works great. I love it!!

I was really looking forward to getting a good quality, slick designed soap dispenser. Sadly could not get the soap to dispense. Tried everything. Searched for how to trouble shoot but no joy. Shame. This would have fitted the bill perfectly. Had to return.

I have asked for a refund on this item. It either spits little blobs of foam everywhere when you move it or it needs turning on again in order to work at all.

I have bought 8 of them so far and been using them for a few years already. I use them myself and buy for friends. They are definitely the best foam sensor pumps on the market. Very beautiful, user friendly and great quality.The only thing I wish, is that there was some option to regulate how long it is pumping. I seems to me that I would like it go on for 1-2 sec longer on the longest setting.I would also like to have it in mate black, as other Simplehuman items.PS: soap that comes with them as usually should be thrown into a trash bin, since it doesn't foam adequately. But it works with every other foam soap on the market, especially perfect with the cheap ones. Though one should understand that foam on the market is very different in their consistence, thus you should choose one of the 3 pipes with different width that conveniently come with the pump depending on what result you like the most with your soap.PPS: please return it to the USA market! Most of the negative reviews are coming from people that do not understand how the foam soap works (you should add more detailed instructions on how to use the pipe and what to look for), and also due to terrible foam soap that comes from Simplehuman.

I have the liquid soap sensor pumps but thought I’d try this one. This one is much lighter and doesn’t seem as robust as the others so I am disappointed. Also when the shower is on for some reason it seems to affect the pump which tends to squirt until the steam disappears hence wasting soap. If I could choose again I’d replace with the sturdier liquid sensor pump.

Looks great but foaming action from sample soap is very poor.

I am not at all satisfied with the soap dispensers they do not foam as shown on the box, fully charged using your products which came with the purchase. Very disappointed. I would like a refund please tell me where I have return these too for this thankyou

Whilst the dispenser may look trendy it certainly does not do its job properly.I have 3 other Simple Human dispensers which are amazing and so very disappointed with this purchase. As a working Mum with arthritis in both hands, these dispensers have proved invaluable.Unfortunately, the foam sensor dispenser is noisy and does not dispense the soap properly or as expected for a simple handwash. This is a real shame and I feel a waste of money.I am afraid I would not recommend this to be purchased.

This dispenser works great with a Method brand foaming soap refill. I like that it includes several tubes for the foaming soap to customize the "thickness" of the soap it dispenses. The only downside after using it for a few weeks is that it sometimes dispenses on its own with no hand underneath. We have the soap spout hanging over the counter and into the sink... maybe the stainless steel sink reflections are causing an issue with the sensor? Not sure. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen when doing dishes every few days.
