Nice Solution
I love the look of this sleek little wine refrigerator. Just got it installed about a week ago as I was having custom built-ins for a butlers pantry so it fits perfectly and looks great! So far I haven’t found any significant problems. . . . temperature and lighting work properly to me. My only issue is that I don’t see getting 33 bottles in this refrig. . . . my wine of choice is Chardonnay and these bottles are normally a little fatter than say a bordeaux or Sauvigonon Blanc bottle. I haven’t had a chance to play around with it much yet. . . maybe the shelves are adjustable. Overall I am pleased with my purchase especially for the price.

Customer Service was very responsive
Overall the refrigerator is great. We did have an issue with damage when we received it, but we reached out to customer service and they were really responsive. They ended-up just needing to send us a new unit, which they did without any problem. They also arranged for the old unit to be picked-up. Very happy with the final produce.

Perfect wine cooler for me
Perfect wine cooler for me. It comes with wooden slide-out shelves although they are narrow I could fit in 4 bottles. I set the temperature at 54 degrees and it maintained it. The only complaint that I have is the settings for the interior lights should be on the outside. I am 100% satisfied with this nice, silent wine cooler.

This refrigerator is beautiful and works great. The cooling feature is excellent and it has ample space for bottles. The light inside adds beauty to it as well. The customer service was great when it came with a dent inside from shipping.

The product is nicely made, sleek, and solid construction. Inner shelves flow smoothly and can hold a number of different sized bottles. I contacted customer service for questions on expected noise levels and overall functioning and warranty - they were quick to respond and assist as needed.

It is a beautiful and simple wine cooler
The wine cooler arrived quickly (within 7 days) and was extremely well packed. There was no damage to the unit. We received an email from the team several days before the unit arrived telling us what to do with it when it came. That was very helpful. We love the fact that 54 bottles fit in a 24" wide space. It sits in my husbands office and barely makes a sound. I had a question on warranty and the folks in customer support were very responsive and helpful, they even registered the item for us. So far, so good.

Amazing customer service
They chose to replace my unit. The new unit has been working great. No one ever likes to have issues with an appliance but it happens and what counts is how you are treated and if the warranty is honored. The Ca’Lafort teams communication and treatment was outstanding through the entire process. Five star customer service and five stars for standing behind thier product.

15 Inch Wine Cooler
This has to be the sleekest, most stylish wine fridge I’ve ever seen! The crystal-clear blue light is absolutely stunning and adds such a mesmerizing touch. It has completely updated and transformed my space! I love that it can chill all kinds of drinks, not just wine, no matter the size or shape. The temperature display right on the front is also a great feature. It looks expensive and classy, and it keeps everything ice cold. Plus, it’s super quiet. I highly recommend it!

Great cooler
Great cooler and awesome customer support. Delivery only took a few days and unpacking was quick and easy. Unfortunately, one of the shelves was damaged. I contacted the vendor, letting them know about the damaged shelve. I received a response the next day, saying I’d receive a new shelve within a few days. The shelve arrived and was installed. I’m very happy with this company! The cooler itself is performing great.

The fridge was easy to get set up, but I contacted customer service when we saw that the door had been damaged during shipping. support was amazing - they had a new door sent to us as soon as one was available and tracked shipping all the way, ensuring we received it and that it arrived in good condition.
