Cheap quality and no quality control
I keep buying these frames for my gallery wall but they all arrive damaged or with major defects. I’ll have to return 6 from the 10 frames I got. Not worth the price at all. Besides the quality the first time I received the frames they were poorly wrapped and most pieces were damaged. Second time packaging got better but some were still damaged.

No Quality Control :(
Serious quality control issues with these frames. I bought 4 for 4 prints I have but one of the 4 had a cracked frame (which you can’t see because of the packaging). I went to exchange but they were no longer in stock, soooo I ordered one online and, of course, this frame also arrived cracked on the corner and has scrapes on the finish. Idk what to do, I really don’t want to keep exchanging the same item over and over, but these are not handled with care. If only I had more than one Target in a 50 mile area!!!

Eh, cute but low quality
While I love the look of this frame and the matte sizing is perfect, the frame sags when hung horizontally. When taking a closer look at it on the wall, it is very apparent that top of the frame is not straight. This is even more apparent when there is another frame hung above it.

Arrived broken
I previously ordered this frame in store and liked it but needed one more, they didn’t have anymore in store so I ordered online to be delivered at my home. The package came looking busted and not packed well. Upon opening it I saw that the glass was broken and shards of glass were coming out from the bottom of the box due to poor taping. No bubble wrap or anything. It was just a frame loosely thrown in a big box. Do not recommend having glass items delivered.

Great frames but new version the color is off
I love these frames have so many of them, got two of them more than a year ago, the black and white with back frames, for the last two weeks I visited 3 different targets then ordered two online trying to find the same as last year… even tho they are the same frame the color is off, seems like the have less color like if the printer is out of ink, really disappointed because I really love these frames, please go back to the original color!
