[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy has a really lovely tinkling bell inside which I loved but ended up returning after confirming that it isn't oeko tex standard 100 certified. Small children touch everything and then put their hands in their mouths and put toys in their mouths so their toys should be certified.

Bought this for the chime sound it makes. My daughter has the fox one and loves it, and this one has the same chime sound, but she still prefers the more colorful fox. Would give this one 5 stars if it had brighter, more contrasting colors because I think that's why she likes the fox better. Both of them have the tendency to slip the ribbon loop off the plastic ring though.

I think this is a great toy, especially for the price. There are different textures and sounds to keep babies entertained. I bet this will be a lifesaver when my grandchild starts teething!
