Great for our basketball program developing speed
I purchased 10 of these for our basketball program with SF Basketball Academy. This is a great tool for us to use with acceleration speed drills, stability drills, and a few others as well. It's also great because it requires a partner so having players work together is a plus. I recommend this for any basketball program.
