[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've slept with this comforter for nearly 3 months - I wanted to give it a significant amount of time for review. I'm disappointed to share that I've never slept hotter in my life. I really REALLY wanted to love this comforter, but while it does feel like it traps heat it doesn't release it - the comforter stays hot over my body. I wake up with hot, uncomfortable skin. I really wish this allowed me to sleep cool as promised, but I've been waking up multiple times hot and uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between the comforter, sheets, and duvet, I spent $600, and was really hoping this would work. The comforter is super-soft and fluffy, but as for cooling, try something else! Fortunately I am past the night sweats and hot flashes, but I still sleep hot. I tried this for a month and it absolutely did not work for me. Every night I woke up at minimum every two hours due to severe overheating- way worse than I ever had with my previous cheap-o comforter. In fact, after I got out of bed in the morning, it was still hot underneath after more than 30 minutes. Absolutely not worth the money if you are looking for a 'cooling' comforter that dissipates heat. And I can't return it since I already washed it, so now it's just taking up space in the garage. I'll likely be donating it. :(

From a sleep and cooling perspective, this comforter his the mark. I was waking up sweating most nights and now it's not that often. The comforter is too small. I initially it seems to fit our bed fine (king size) but it's almost like it contracts in size and I'm constantly pulling it up so it covers me and then it springs back down still. (I do not move around a lot when I sleep). It has an off-white look and I assumed it was made for a duvet cover. However, when I bought the expensive duvet, I realized there are no ties or hooks on the comforter to attach. I was told to tie knots around the corner, however now I ended up with duvet material covering me while the comforter still fell down the bed in the middle. Why make a white comforter (no other colors) if it's not intended to be used in a duvet?? Lastly, the stitching on the comforter is already coming undone. I've had it for less than 6 months :unamused:. I would not buy again.

Heavy and hot. Definitely not something you want if you’re trying to stay cool

I am beyond disappointed. This comforter feels exactly like my old one, in terms of temp control.

Used the comforter with and without a duvet cover. With the duvet cover - this is similar to ones that are cheaper and it did not keep me cool/regulate my body temperature with the duvet cover. My partner and I were hot and sweaty. Without the duvet cover - the fabric of it is cool to touch and overall has a nice weight to it. I slept better as I think it did help with keeping me warm and felt 'coolness' when I moved in the bed. However, I ultimately returned it because its silky cool fabric makes the comforter slide off the bed too easily AND steal from your partner AND I prefer protecting my comforters with a duvet cover. It felt wrong to have a 'naked' comforter in my bed and with a duvet cover its too hot. Too expensive to justify this experience.

Wasn’t cooling when used on bed it’s cool to touch but that is about it if I could return and get my money back I would

Light weight ~ yes. Keeps heat in - yes. Feel like an oven in the am - yes. Does the comforter stay on the bed - no. Slides everywhere and end up fighting with it all night. Another material is needed.

I was so looking forward to a ‘cool’ sleep when this arrived and I was extremely disappointed- I honestly almost cried. Is it super soft - yes! Does it feel cool when you first get in- yes. First night however, was sweating SO BADLY! I let them know but got a ‘computer’ answer and found out the cover I bought from them wasn’t needed for this blanket. I tried the blanket without the cover and still wasn’t good for me… Also was told that the problem could be my mattress, mattress cover, sheets.. etc:rolling_eyes: So basically, unless you are able to transform your entire bed and use all of their items, I wouldn’t recommend this!! I would return it but I am in Canada and would loose 200+ on return shipping.. Debating seeing if they will swap the duvet cover for a mattress cooling cover..
