Awful. They taste and smell fishy. The absolute last thing you want when pregnant. They need to mask it better with stronger fruit flavors or something.

I am breastfeeding though and the doctor said to continue the vitamins. The ingredients are in post with what else is on the market. Although you do have to take 3 of them. They texture is in between a fruit chew and a gummy.

The flavor is good, but the daily serving is 3 gummies, so I don’t feel like these would last very long, making them a bit expensive. I do like the ingredients, but it’s lacking iron which is super important to me in a vitamin. I wish there were more flavors too, but overall this product is just alright. If you are a normal health woman, this may be good for you. I have a history of anemia, however, so I would choose something else instead.

I haven't had any negative side effects with these. I love that they are packed with lots of vitamins. The only thing is I think this bottle will go quick because of the recommended serving size. I'm not actively trying to get pregnant but maybe in the near future. It's definitely good to start getting my vitamin levels up. I'd recommend these!
