My youngest has notable said he’s feeling better and sleeping better at night. He’s a very picky eater and these vitamins definitely help fill in his nutritional gaps.

The taste is awful…very fake “fruit” flavor and leaves a weird aftertaste. My son will finish them but we’ll be on the search for something better.

Like many teens, his diet isn’t always the most balanced, so I really appreciate that these gummies help fill in the nutritional gaps—especially with important vitamins and the added omegas for brain health. When he first opened the bottle, he mentioned that they had a bit of an off smell, which I noticed too. But surprisingly, he said they tasted much better than they smelled, and now he takes them without any fuss. I feel good knowing he’s getting daily support in a way that’s easy and convenient. Definitely something we’ll keep using.

This Teen Guy Plus Multi & Omegas by SmartyPants has been formulated specifically to support a teen guy’s overall health. My 17 year old says they taste good, and that’s really all he cares about, but I love that they contain methylated B vitamins for better bioavailability and easier absorption! But if he’s willing to take them because they taste good, I’ll definitely be buying them again!

There really aren’t many good vitamin options for teens on the market. Tons for kids, but when looking for a multi for growing teens, there are only a few products from major brands with not the best ingredients. SmartyPants had the best formula, but the Teen Guy version tastes awful (like artificial fruit flavor trying to disguise the taste of squash baby food) and it takes four gummies for a full serving. I couldn’t blame my son for not wanting to take them everyday. When I stumbled upon this particular formula for Teens in lemon creme flavor, I was so excited. They tasted great and a full serving was only two gummies instead of four. My son was actually reminding me that he should take them every day. We had finally found a quality multi-vitamin that he could stick with through his teen years. But of course, after we purchased our first bottle, we learned they are being discontinued. And replaced with another Teen Girl formula. Why?? :’(
