Q: How do I clean the cloth portion of the cooler is it machine washable? I had some chocolate that melted and it mixed with water spilled out of the lid and got it dirty

I love the convenient of having wheels, it’s less to carry. I don’t like how overtime, the top sinks in… if only the top was more sturdy. Also it doesn’t keep food/drinks cold long enough so I improvised and added their large and medium ice blocks which helps!

I purchased this because we were going on a short trip. I read the reviews and they were mixed so decided to go with this “stylish” cooler. I regretted it the first day of our trip. ALL of our stuff had turned room temperature. We found another target and decided to exchange it for the hard shell Igloo brand with wheels which was cheaper and actually functional. Embark, please fix the issues with this cooler.

The liner is removable to easily dump and clean. Doesn’t keep items super cold but serves it purpose for me. I put my bogg back on top and roll it so my hands aren’t as full. Only negative for me is that the handle doesn’t feel sturdy so hoping it last a few more summers

I was really excited when I purchased this lead with disappointment closely after. While the cooler is very attractive looking. It’s crap! if you are using it to go to a remote area and maybe walk more than 5 feet it is not gonna work for you. This thing constantly tipped over and cut the back of my foot several times. It’s not one piece so the bag slips around on the base causing the issue. Stains easily also in tue Sedona red dirt
