Two in one

A well formulated B complex
Unlike mega once a day B complexes ( which is not a good way to take most vitamins) this formula is perfectly done for taking twice a day, keeping the nutrients in the body 24 hours a day. I've been taking this brand and complex for 30 some years, I did notice a big deference when I started taking it and do notice a deference when I don't take it and it has vitamin C and made with Vegetable capsules what's not to love :)

Safe Doses of Each B
I used to take a higher dose B complex but developed tingling in my hands. This complex uses the doses recommended by the NHS of each B vitamin.
