I bought these 2 years ago, and they were great for a while. Sound quality is good, noise canceling is good, they're functionally good earphones. However, a recurring issue I've had with several wireless earphones, regardless of brand, is connecting or not connecting while in the charging case. These ones will connect while in the case, and will remain connected until I notice, which drains the battery, rendering them useless when I go to actually use them. Charging the earphones within the case is it's own issue, it tends to be sporadic and sometimes won't charge, even if the case itself has enough to do so. Charging the case itself can also be a headache, as it only seems to charge with the specific cord it came with, and only on certain outlets/power sources, which is absolutely ridiculous. You'd think Sony would have better products, being one of the biggest name brands in the audio device industry, but I guess, like a lot of other brands, they're letting standards go instead of making products worth buying. At least to me, this seems like such a simple thing to make sure doesn't happen.

Overall is a reasonable product. Charging box quality felt not up to sony level. Left ear bud seems to have some issues. So had to return. May be I am unlucky to receive a bad apple, as generally Sony products are good

Good value for money and easy to set-up. Sound quality has plenty of clarity but there isn't much bass and the bass EQ slider in the app covers too wide a range and affects the mids too much.

Had an older generation pair of hi-spec WF-1000xyz 'phones with poor battery life (about 20 minutes) and needed a replacement. I have Sony noise-cancelling headphones and the earbud versions and the sound quality is superb; however, following on from my experience with the poor battery life but knowing the excellent sound that is associated with Sony audio products I decided to spend less and get this one. I was not disappointed - the sound quality is excellent, battery life is superb including the charge capability from the case (which all show up on the phone display once connected via Bluetooth), my only gripe would be about occasional drops in sound which sound like Bluetooth issues despite being in a direct line with no obstructions - this is not an issue with the more expensive versions which literally maintain connection around corners! The grip inside ears is also very good and they will not fall off whilst walking and are reasonably well fixed even when out on a slow jog, with pretty decent noise cancelling/ambient noise features. Pairing with phones and laptops is also quite easy and of course it takes up very little space when travelling. Overall a good enough purchase to make me actually not need to spend money on a new WF-1000XM5!

Bought a couple of weeks ago to listen to audiobooks while walking as part of a weight loss programme. They are pretty to look at (I bought the lilac colourway so they don't get mixed up with anyone else's) and comfortable which is great considering I have never like earphones that go in your ear before. Would recommend.

These headphones are comfortable to wear and generally stay in my ears fine. The noise cancelling works well to block out voices when I wear them on the bus to work. Likewise allowing the ambient sound to filter in works well. You need an app on your phone to select the options and each time you use them it seems to reset the settings which is a bit annoying. They charge quickly though and I would recommend them as they are good value for money.

I use these for my walks and the sound quality is clear, which can be adjusted through App for better sound quality and bass. You have to make sure properly inserted into ear but feels comfortable. The controls could be better for skipping tracks but ok for single presses

These are my first wireless earbuds, having mostly used over-ear headphones. I found them easy to use, fairly comfortable, and with decent sound quality. The noise cancelling feature isn't bad once you get the angle right in your ear (though of course won't be as good as headphones). I like the magnetic case, and the battery life is great so far. Overall I'm happy with these.

On my second pair and the charging case has got to be the worst out of every pair of headphones I’ve ever used. If you don’t get it perfect or spend 5 minutes jiggling the buds around in the case THEY WILL NOT CHARGE. Noise cancelling is pretty good and the sound is good but I’ve also had them disconnect and never reconnect with the device again. Overall super mid, make a better charging case and it would be better.

Just about 10 months in from buying the earbuds the right one started to shut down and disconnect. When that happened I just reconnected it again to my phone and started working normally for a couple days until it start happening again. Eventually after the year of warranty the right earbud collapsed — it's a unsolvable massive malfunction affecting almost all of this earbuds. Do not buy this!
