Good Bargain

Worked after going through washer and dryer!
I purchased these a few months ago. The sound and battery life are excellent. I accidentally left the right earbud in my pocket and ran it through the washer and dryer. It still works perfectly! I was very impressed.

Great Wireless Headphones
Received these as a birthday gift from my wife. These are far better than my old ones which were a cheap make. Excellent sound quality, very well made. Easy to charge in the holder. Doesn't come with a cable however my cable from my mobile fits so happy days!!

Ambient Sound feature is perfect for our situation
The primary reason for buying Sony WF-C510 earbuds was the ambient Sound facility. I bought the earbuds for my wife. We are both in our 70s, retired and we sit together in the same room.. She watches TV and I often watch something different on my laptop/iPad/phone. I am deaf and wear Bluetooth hearing aids which enable me to listen to the laptop/etc and hear her speak (so long as the TV sound is inaudible to me). She needed earphones that would enable her alone to hear the TV yet hear me speak. Her Sony Over-the-Ear headphones precluded this; the Ambient Sound feature on the earbuds enables it. Secondary reasons for buying were good media reviews, our previous good experience with Sony products and the reasonable price (for Sony quality) compared to other reputable brands.
