I received my package and the outer package was wet and crushed and I side of the headphones was also wet. It is a gift for my husband for Father's Day and I hope it works when I give it to him!!!! I am unable to visit a store and see what can be done.

The sound is not as good as my previous headphones which were CH-500. The usb charging cable provided with the CH-520 is an absolute joke, money saving at the expense of the user.I will now need to spend additional money to buy a proper length charging cable. Sony you should be embarrassed !!!!

Honestly for the price, these are genuinely one of the best purchases i’ve made when it comes to headphones. The sound quality is amazing, sound leak isn’t too bad if it’s at full blast then it will leak but it’s loud even on the halfway mark with volume. They’re super lightweight, comfy to wear and like most headphones, you can adjust the sides to fit your head. If you’re looking for good quality but affordable headphones, definitely get these.

The PS4 audio will then transmit to your TV and be sent wirelessly to the headphones. - You can use a USB Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the PS4. However, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee compatibility. For the best experience, we recommend using headphones that are specifically designed for use with PlayStation systems, like our INZONE Gaming Headsets/Earbuds. These will ensure full compatibility. Good, but reservations: the tiny on/off lights are not great - in outdoor light it is often impossible to see if they have come on or not, and therefore to know whether the headphones are on or off. They seem very capricious, and if the small button is pressed for a long time often nothing happens. A single on/off button would be a big improvement.
