I love thé original Sophie, and wanted this one so she could have something frozen to chew on but not frozen all over to hurt her hands… but it breaks SO easily. Does not hold up to the strength of a teething 7m old. .. the liquid also leaks everywhere when it’s broken.

Safe material I can trust, great for my 4 months old!
I learned about Sophie la Girafe products after extensive research for safest teethers for baby, and I'm so glad I bought it! Some are complaining about the price, but I don't mind spending a couple of extra dollars if it's safer than other plastic products made of unknown materials. This brand has been on the market long enough and trusted by families for years. My 4 months old is learning to grab things and this is the perfect size for him! I'm giving 4/5 stars on safety only because the part of the giraffe is very hard and has a pointy nose, so it needs to be used under supervision in case the baby rolls on top of it.

Nice quality, little overpriced but does a good job keeping my baby happy. 5 month old enjoys it! Best if kept in refrigerator for extra comfort. My daughter loves it- once she figured out how to hold it! Cleans easy.

Okay teether
I bought this teether because I didn't want to pay for the full-size Sophie giraffe. I thought the giraffe part of this teether was more rubbery, but it's actually made of hard plastic. So, for my child, the only part he can really chew to get relief is the blue part of the teether. He would get frustrated when he would chew the giraffe part because it was hard and uncomfortable. If the giraffe part was softer, I think this teether would be perfect. Hindsight 20/20, I should have just gotten the full-size Sophie.
