I Purchased this product because my pediatrician prescribed it for my six-year-old what an awesome product to use for a child. The meltable tablets make it so much easier for them to take. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

I sometimes wake up during the night and find it very hard to get back to sleep. Melatonin has been a great help. I would recommend only the sub-lingual kind.

I get side effects from higher dosages of melatonin. This dosage works perfectly to help set my sleep clock, and I really like the sublingual tablet that dissolves in your mouth.
