Very happy with this product

Great product and shipped by IHerb not Target. Thank Goodness. Works great. A low mg is what you’re suppose to take although it’s hard to find. I’m very happy with these and that it’s shipped direct from iHerb.

Sleep like a baby ...

Natural sleeping aid that doesn't produce dependence or hangover feeling. I like the 1 mg tablet because I can adjust it to my needs. Depending on the situation I can have 1, 2, 3 mg or even more. Actually i never take more than 3 mg, don't need it. The 180 value size makes it very accessible as far as cost is concerned.
