Disappointed
I was really excited to receive this, but after using it a couple of times I'm incredibly disappointed in this product. I have other spa science products which I love but this one fell short. I saw no visible results after using the pore cleaning adapter. I also didn't see really any different using the microdermabrasion tip either. I can't say that I can recommend this product to others, but maybe it will work for someone else.

Worked great until it randomly stopped working. And no, cleaning it doesn’t help before you think it may be clogged *I’ve already checked lol*. When I plug it in the battery charging logo pops up but it just refuses to turn on even after charging for a full 24 hours. I think it’s safe to say it died :(

Contacted SpaSciences who, WITHIN WHAT FELT LIKE 5 BUSINESS MINUTES, replaced the item: I’m talking no hassle, direct to home, complete replacement. Won’t turn on after being on the charger.
I brought this (not sure on when) use it maybe once or twice and then I had to moved so I just remember I had one because I was thinking buying another one. Well now of sudden it won’t turn on. Had it on the charger for 2 days and all it shows is red battery light. First time for me having to charge it and now not sure why it won’t turn on.

I received the MIO two days ago and have it in charge but it will not turn on. The battery life shows good but there is no power level indicator light or activation light showing on the tool.

Device does not work after few uses
I like the device because it works magic on my skin. I recommended it to everyone I know because I was getting my monthly facials with it and it worked. The reason I’m putting 2 stars is because I got this device on May and it does not work anymore. I tried everything and it just completely died on me.

Good product!!!! I purchased a used item because target put a return back on the shelf, I contacted spa sciences and explained the issue. they fixed the situation by sending me a clean product thats never been used. My face feels so smooth and I’m happy with this! So it was target’s problem.
