Q: Can you remove the lower tier of the dish trainer in order to place the dish rack in the sink? Or will the entire dish drainer fit in the sink as well?

Q: Is the 12"W measurement with it extended or with the extra rack tucked under the main rack? If it's the compact measurement, how wide is it when extended?

It is not Over The Sink as it says on the label in the store. I had to see pics online to discover that the name is different and it is not over the sink, but Beside the sink.

This little dish drainer was exactly what we needed. For some reason, our sink is an odd size and every drainer we've tried has been too big. This one is great. It seems to be durable so far. The width does not match my sink's width, but it's fine with me that I see the sides open. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

This is a terrible design. There are too many open spaces. One of my plates fell through a gap and broke a tile in our backsplash. Gaps on the bottom and all sides make this an impractical and frustrating drainer. A waste of money. Do not buy unless you want to continue catching dishes from all directions. Bleh.

This is advertised in store as an ‘Over-the-Sink’ Dish Drainer… uhh in no way does it go over the sink. Was super frustrating to find that it’s listed online but with no giant sticker that says ‘Over-the-Sink’. Returning because it’s false advertisement and it falls apart just sitting on the counter since the extender is not attached. Pointless purchase.

This is great. The coating makes it always look good. I’ve had silver, white plastic, black dish drying racks and silicone drying mats. they had to be washed constantly . The wide wires make this hard for hard water to accumulate.

I needed a dish rack that would fit inside the small side of my sink. Options were very limited but this one fits perfectly. It also has a small lower rack that slides out if I need to use it on the counter for more drying space. My only complaint is that the basket for silverware has almost no separations. There are 4 compartments, but each is separated with 1/2" divider, which makes them almost worthless. Other than that, it's a nice looking, useful rack

It fits perfectly in all directions in the the sink. If I need more space I use it on the counter with or without the extra rack. I also love that it small enough that when the dishes are done drying all I do is hang it on a hook on the cabinet door.
