Not worth the price
Easy assembly. LOOKS good but functionally it won’t take much to make it fall over. I expect if I ever have to move it to another residence it won’t make the move. If you are looking for something temporary it’s fine. If you value a hundred dollar bill. Save your money and purchase something more solidly engineered.

Great quality and style
Great quality and sturdy it looks better in person! Some of the high heels fit a little tight but I’m very pleased with this item. It took a while to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. I would totally recommend it!

Shoe problem solved
Great solution to my shoe problem. The delivery was left at my front door on the stairs in the pouring rain. The box was ruined but the contents were dry! It took me an hour to put it together by myself the next morning and another hour to fill it up which I was able to get 31 boxes of shoes out of my closet all sized 6.5. I get many compliments on the piece for color and capacity. I would definitely buy it again.

This is a very nice shelf for the price. It looks good and works great. It came with everything needed to put it together. It is not wood, but I wasn't expecting it at this price. I put it together in less than an hour. We had a small tear at the bottom of one of the pieces where the faux wood covering was coming off. I got out some Modge Podge and fixed it right up. The shoe openings looked small, but if you take the shoes sideways and turn them so top of one is at the heel of the other, they fit just fine. My son wears 10 1/2 and his shoes fit in the cubby. It's exactly what we were looking for. We haven't attached it to the wall yet, but we are planning to asap. I think that's a necessity. We are very pleased. Nicer than our over the door racks from before and it fits in our mudroom perfectly.

Doesn’t fit heels.
I bought this shoe organizer for my shoes, all of my shoes. The only place you can fit heels is on the top shelf. That’s only 3 spaces. I intended to use the whole thing for my heels. I had to lay them on their side like in a shoe box. It wasn’t easy to put together and definitely needs two people. It also looks and feels flimsier than it looked online before I purchased it.

Missing parts
Came without all the needed parts. I ordered the new parts the day I opened it. More than one week later all the pieces of this shelf are lying on my bedroom floor awaiting assembly which I cannot complete because the parts are still not here. Very disappointed that when product arrives without all needed parts it takes this long to correct.

This shoe rack is definitely what I needed to organize all my shoes! Did the job and is nice. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is it was very frustrating to put together. It Was all fun and games until I got to the shelf part..... Unfortunately, the way the shelves are designed to go in is very poorly thought out; whenever you try to put them in they all fall down (without 2 people and a well thought out technique this part will take you an hour alone to finish). Please please Pleaseeeeeeee make it alittle more single person friendly or design the shelves a new way.
