Incredible Gift, Don't Pass It By!!!
What a wonderful gift to give a girl! I would recommend it for 4-12 years of age. It is a simple science experiment that leaves the child with beautiful decorations for their room. The unicorns are very well made ceramic. The crystals grow down the mane and are bright colors. Every girl should get to experience this gift.

Great activity with grandkids!!

Fun with grandchild
The Unicorns were a lot of fun. My 7 year old granddaughter and I made all 3 on consecutive days. It was fun and she enjoyed keeping track of the crystal growth. They all were lovely but she chose her favorite. They are on display in her bedroom.

Fun and Educational
Bought this for a 6 yr old girl even though it's 8 yrs +. With just a bit of adult help, she was able to create a beautiful crystal- maned unicorn. It's not complex and only takes 24 hours. Easy for her to wait that short time. She's too young to understand the science, but still enjoyed the process and was able to stir the powder herself. While crystals were forming she would check every so often and excited when crystals started. She's looking forward to making the other 2.

Educational and FUN!
I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter. When she and her mother took it out the box, they noticed there was a crack in the plastic container but they went ahead and put everything in the container and as the crystals grew they actually sealed the crack. ? So far, she has only done 1 but she liked it and starting asking a lot of questions about crystals which has lead to researching which is VERY educational.
