A: The representative is quoting dimensions for a bottle that this is not. This is not a sway it is a normal freesip.

Please use packaging material in your shipment boxes
We were super excited for these special edition Owalas, but unfortunately, they were placed in a box with packaging material. They arrived damaged and had to be returned. They are now sold out everywhere. Clearly not the end of the world, but super disappointing, especially when it was 100% avoidable with packaging material.
