After being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I thought my cereal days were behind me, until I found this. It's not exactly like regular cereal, but it's pretty close. Paired with almond milk, it makes a great breakfast! I only wish it came in more flavors (chocolate, anyone?) and a bigger box size so it'd last longer. A typical box lasts me about a week.

I was only able to get a couple of bites in before I had to call it quits. It did not taste fresh and had an almost chemical flavor and was overall not good. I would not recommend this and was surprised that this was made by special K. Unfortunately this went right into the trash.

I’ve eaten this cereal for years and have never encountered the rock-like bits that I have this morning. It’s a new box, just opened, and these bits could break a tooth! Whatever they’ve done to change it, I won’t be eating it any longer. So disappointing.

When you're looking for something that is healthy but you want just a little sweetness added, this will do the trick. The texture of the flakes isn't horrible, but the milk can get them a little soggy so don't add too much too quickly if eat eat slowly. That's my only word of caution if you're a texture person. Other than that, it's a delightful cereal that I'll definitely purchase again!

I bought the 22 ounce box of fruit and yogurt and there was nothing but cereal flakes. I was lucky to find maybe two pieces of fruit. I don’t think I had any yogurt in it. This was my favorite cereal for years. I’m sorry to say I don’t think I’ll be buying it anymore.
