The Spenco Propel + Carbon Performance Shoe Insoles turn your everyday trainer into an elite, race-ready shoe! These insoles are designed by biomechanical experts and feature a carbon plate for forward propulsion and explosiveness with each foot strike. The INergy foam technology provides next-level energy efficiency. It also has a contoured, supportive heel cup, metatarsal pad for ideal foot alignment, and engineered forefoot launch pad. Great help before and after toe surgery
These were the inserts my doctor prescribed to protect my foot (from bending my toe) before and after a cheilectomy for hallux rigidus. I only wear the right insert, because the left foot is normal and I can wear the insert that comes with my shoe. I bought two sets of these inserts to avoid changing them out when I changed shoes. They are a little difficult to get into the Shoe because of the Styrofoam edging. I also trimmed the top of the insert to fit my shoes more comfortably. Overall, I am satisfied with the inserts but I would like to see a better material than the Styrofoam used and a lower price! 🤣🤣 It would be great if they were sold in singles and not just in pairs.

Good for the toes!
These insoles were recommended by my orthopedic dr. as I have a Cartiva implant in my big toe. They make a huge difference in my ability to be active.

Very supportive insole
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Spenco insole is very supportive and unique with the added carbon on the bottom for propulsion. I was happy with how comfortable the insole is with the contours fitting my foot very well. There are many thoughtful additions and the materials used to make the insole are of excellent quality. Very highly recommend!

Do carbon fiber insoles work?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know the new carbon fiber sole running shoes improve your time but will these insoles help? The answer is yes they will. I noticed more effect when running outside and slightly less when running on a padded track. They will take a little to get used to as, depending on your shoe, the feel is slightly different. I liked them more on my regular running shoe and slightly less on my more cushioned running shoes but that is just personal feel

Best insoles ever!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new carbon insoles from Spenco Propel. I've been wearing them for about two weeks now and my feet don't hurt anymore. I used to get done with jogging and my feet would hurt so bad but that's not the case anymore. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.

Hard to fit your shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Spenco propel carbon insoles for free in exchange for my honest review. These insoles we’re for women size 11 to 12 1/2. It was difficult to get the soles adjusted to my shoe size and I’m not sure that the fit was quite right when I got done. I only ran for a mile and came home and removed them. The heel and the arch were comfortable but they just didn’t feel right on my feet. These insoles are well-made and they have the hard carbon plate molded into them to achieve lift.
