Its 4-way Stretch Fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial helps prevent blisters and control odor. The specially shaped cushion provides comfort and support where the metatarsal arch needs it most. Comfortable once correctly placed.
I would have rated this 5 star, but it was difficult to get it placed in the right position. There were no instructions as to what direction it should face or where exactly to place it. After trial and error, I got it where it is comfortable. Definitely helped with my ball of foot pain. It stays in place while wearing my shoes. Sometimes it shifts when putting shoes on or taking them off.

Not a good fit for any shoe.
Kept sliding no matter the shoe size; no directions on how to avoid this.
